The bread is quite heavy in terms of weight but as you eat it, it taste light so it is very nice and filling and has a subtle mochi or tapioca starch texture, which I love, especially if you're going to toast The bagel or the bread. This is an absolute jam when it comes to accommodating those with dietary restrictions, but even if you are not eating a restrictive diet, the baked items are really delicious too. From the outside it looked closed but I found the entrance all the way to the right. It was kind of dark inside. they had a display case of colorful cupcakes and macarons. I picked out a few from what was left and then started a conversation with one of the employees. I talked with her and the owner for about half an hour, just enjoying conversation. I took the cupcakes home and my family enjoyed them. I don't know much about their cakes or macarons but I can say that their cupcakes are solid and the people are friendly.
