I got the WORST pedicure ever about a month ago. I did the paraffin wax, which was nice, but not…read moresure it was worth the price. I tipped but I felt like I shouldn't have. The whole thing was just awkward and the massage was terrible. It was a super quick pedicure for like $55. Like why was it 40 mins for THE MOST EXPENSIVE PEDI they offered?? I got regular polish after getting the paraffin wax, which apparently was a mistake but they didn't tell me that cause they had no idea. The polish was shrinking on my toes and it was just horribly done. It looked awful. I had to walk back in like 10 mins later after my appointment and request for them to redo the polish. DO NOT get reg polish after paraffin. Only gel! I didn't wanna do gel, cause you have to come back for them to take it off. The whole thing was a nightmare and a waste of money. It felt weird and rushed! Save your money and time! Sooo so not worth it. See pics. There was polish "shrinkage" apparently. Ridiculous.

The technician I had clearly did not know how to properly do the service. My toes were painted terribly, and there was a major language barrier, so she couldn't understand anything I was asking for. I had to sit there while someone else came over and completely redo everything. After wasting all that time, all I got was a quick "sorry" and that was it--no discount, no real apology, nothing to make up for the inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time and money. I will not be returning.

The fact that she was very apologetic and offered to "fix" the length of my pinky nail to match the rest of my nails was what allowed me to give a 3/5 stars. I opted for the gel instead of the dip since...one of my nails broke off. But I was pleased with the outcome of my now shortened nails. Place is beautifully decorated.
