My only criticism isn't actually about the salon itself, but about the online booking system. It appears to be a platform used by many nail salons, and I find it difficult to navigate. Service descriptions are limited, making it hard to know exactly what you're booking, and choosing a technician is largely based on photos without much information about each person's specialties or experience. Once I arrived, however, the experience exceeded my expectations. The live piano player created a relaxing and unique atmosphere that I wasn't expecting and truly appreciated. Rose, the owner, took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences. She thoughtfully communicated them to the nail technician who worked with me, which helped me feel heard and understood. My nail technician was gentle, attentive, and considerate throughout the appointment. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would return. From the moment I sat down, she never made me feel rushed. Instead, she made me feel like I was her only client, taking her time with every step and paying incredible attention to detail. What really stood out were all the thoughtful little touches along the way. Linda was thorough, gentle, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. The level of service and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The biggest surprise was the price. I've stuck with them because their prices are competitive, they do great work with considerable attention to detail (gel, pedis and brows are my regular selections) and Quan is a riot and always makes me laugh when I come in. I've gotten to watch their own little ones grow up and Kim always asks about my family when I come in. Daughter didn't like the colors tech presented so she asked tech to mix colors but instead tech forced her into a color which didn't match the dress. She left upset without topcoat and paid full price. I took her back to get it fixed (didn't want to argue, just wanted to get what she paid for). The tech wanted to argue and made us wait an hour while she finished someone else's nails. Which is understandable but there were other technicians that could've helped out but didn't. Getting a mani/pedi is supposed to be relaxing but who wants to leave unhappy and furious?!? Making a customer happy with a nail polish color should not be this difficult!
