Well I was a bit disappointed in how things were handled today . My mother in law and I went today to get our nails done . I just got basic manicure and she got a full set and we're both supposed to get pedicures and me a touch up on my eyebrows. Well I got my pedicure however we cancelled my mother in-laws and my eyebrows. My mother in-law wanted a very subdued natural color on her nails very light pink . While the gentleman was very helpful and trying to help . The lady snapped at my mother in law . Saying very angrily WE DONT HAVE THAT COLOR! My mother in law was looking for a pink like you would get for a French manicure . But didn't want the French manicure.To which I think lady should've offered that instead of being mean and rude. I've been going to this salon since I moved here in 2021. I've never had an issue with service . But today was different . And it's shame they lost out two additional services from each of us due to the way things were handled. Mother in law had a picture and instead of saying we don't have that color she should've said let me see if we can find something close to your picture. I get every salon is different and not the same product . But there is way to say things and there is A WAY to say things. I also disappointed with not having options for pedicures . They used to have menus with different types of pedicures. I didn't even get that option . They were not busy when we walked in. It was just her and I.i even had appointments set . I wanted to try a new place for my fill. The old man in there did my fill. I will see how it goes, but it looks like he applied a very thin coat of acrylic. The problem is he didn't know how to give me an almond shape. I even showed him a picture of what I liked. He filed some of my nails wrong, they go in one direction instead of almond. I kept telling him but he kept going. When he was done, I told him again and he started yelling at me that he followed the previous guide (previous nails were filed well), that it's my eye against his eye, that my nail bed goes in that direction, end of the story, he did not fix my nails. I won't go there anymore and I don't recommend it, he turned out very rude and yelled at me not even letting me explain my point. I will take my business elsewhere, where I know they do a great job. I wanted to try something new to save a little bit bit I ended up being charged $39 for a mediocre job. And I wanted to save some time bc at good places there's always a wait. My BFF was visiting and she needed her nails filled in, so I researched and found this little gem of a nail salon for us. She was treating me to a manicure while she had her nails done. (So sweet!) My nail tech was Nougn (I hope I remembered that correct spelling of her name!); she was lovely and very nice. I picked one of their light pink polish colors (I forgot my polish at home) and was very happy with my nails. Nougn provided a great hand massage, one of the best parts of a manicure besides having pretty nails!! My BFF's nail tech was Jim; he was incredibly thorough and had a great attention to detail. She absolutely loved her nails and the service we both received. Even though I don't live nearby, I will happily come back!! Everyone was friendly, smiling, polite...it was a great atmosphere. Once in a while I would get manicures for special occasions. But during the pandemic, I was video chatting with long distance friends. Somehow my oldest friend caught my bleeding cuticles and was horrified! She told me that I MUST get a manicure, and that gel nail polish was the way to go. I dismissed it, but knowing that my birthday was coming up, hubby kept asking. I finally stated I want gel nail Polish manicure. That was the beginning of my new addiction! I went to other places, one place was very expensive and had very few colors to choose from. The other, more reasonably priced, still little colors to choose from. The next thing you know. I walked in to many places, asked about prices, and the color selections they had. This place has many colors to choose from. And for me at least, they do not do fancy designs. I like the classic look. And they know my style. I like my nails squared and shorter because I wear contact lenses. And that's exactly what they do! I also love majority of the colors. Once in a while I will find something outside my comfort zone that makes me nervous, but I still try to live with it. Maybe I can learn to love it! Who knows? read more

I could not be more pleased with the service I just received. I called the salon to find out what time they closed and realizing it was in less time that it would take to have the service done, I think her and said OK I'll try to make it another time. She said no no and insisted that I come on in, I advised her I knew it would take longer than the 45 minutes that they were still open. She said no problem, I'll take care of you. The salon was clean, the people were friendly and professional, and most importantly my nails have never looked better. I'll never come back. My friend and I went in here for shellac pedicures. We picked out the shellac and sat in the chairs. They asked if we wanted spa pedicures for $38 and we said sure. When they rang it up, it was $64 each. They said the $38 didn't include the shellac, but of course didn't tell us that when we had already picked out shellac colors. The lady said "oh sorry we didn't tell you that". Super shady business practices. I won't be back again. read more

Went in for a quick classic pedicure due to time. The nail tech said it was 30 dollars, no problem. What I ended up with was a quick foot wash, minimal to no scrubbing, nail file and polish. The spa prefers that you get the upgraded pedicure (upsell for over 50) for the salon to make money but when pressed for time their customers need more than a quick foot wash. Could have had my bestie do the same for me for FREE. I will say that the salon was quiet, atmosphere was calm, and the massage chairs were comfy. read more

Let's start by saying, this place is never busy. And for good reason. The first time I visited this salon was on a holiday when my normal nail salon was closed. They were open and there were a handful of people coming in. No regulars, just folks looking for a salon open on a holiday. Like myself... I settled for subpar service as I was in desperate need to have gel acrylic removed from my nails and a fresh coat of shellac. My pedicure wasn't too bad. It lasted, so I won't complain. My nails were what I expected after being brutalized by gel acrylic. This time however, I am convinced that a toddler did my nails. I am trying to grow my natural nail out from underneath acrylic, as the last time I tried to get shellac for my wedding, my nail beds were entirely too thin. So thin, my fingers were sore after filing. I had to get acrylic one last time for my nails to last. Now that I wanted the acrylic to grow off (no more fill-ins), they found it acceptable to never clip my nails, or give them any shape. Once I told them that I wanted the acrylic smoothed at the base of my nail bed, but no fill, and a polish change... they failed to deliver anything worth the money I spent. There is nail polish all over my cuticles, my nails are all different shapes and sizes and it looks like the work of the 4-year old sitting next to me for her first ever mani/pedi. Needless to say, I will NEVER return here. Came back today because my normal salon was BOOKED UNTIL TUESDAY... Let that marinate. I'll be calling my regular salon to set up recurring appointments with my favorite nail tech from here on out. After I go inside and redo my nails in anger. read more

Very pleased with my shellac manicure. I just moved and found this place on my way to another nail salon, but decided to stop in. They were very helpful and I didn't have an appointment but only waited 10 mins while they finished up another ladies nails. They had tons of shellac colors to pick from. The man doing my nails didn't really say much to me it asked about my life at all, but it's fine. I told him exactly what I wanted done and he did it. The little arm/hand massage at the end was very nice. And for only $30 dollars for a manicure and shellac polish I will be going back! read more

The place was very small, but clean. I had an appointment for 4pm because since it was a holiday it was supposed to close at 5. I walked in at 3:45 but waited for 30 minutes, so walk-ins that got there as I did, could finish there manicures. There wasn't much of a polish selection, but I found a color I thought I would like. The staff was very nice, but didn't know how to do acrylics. I was cut twice. The lady put 5-6 coats of acrylic on each nail, which led to my actual nails burning. It was very painful, but I didn't say anything. She didn't talk to me the entire time, except to ask a question about my nails. I asked for coffin, but got square. I don't recommend. I came in without an appointment and every pedicure chair was filled and there was only one woman doing a manicure. I was ignored for about 5 minutes until someone helped me and I made an appointment for an hour later hoping that they could help me. I asked how long a mani/pedi would be and they said an hour. Came in during my scheduled appointment time and every person who was there an hour ago was still in the pedicure chairs and again, nobody was quick to help me even though I had an appointment. I went in hoping for a mani/pedi but ended up with a mani and polish change on toes because an hour passed just with wait time and my manicure. I also noticed that they store their utensils in a sterile safe device to keep them clean in between customers. Lillya was my pedicurist and did an excellent job. Very detail-oriented and gave a wonderful leg and foot massage. It was very relaxing and even my headache disappeared. Went here and the woman doing my nails couldn't speak or understand English! I like more of a square tip rather than a rounded tip and she basically gave me a 90 degree corner on my nails. When I tried to take the nail file to show her what I want, the manager came over and explained to her in their language. Either way, who wants sharp corners on their nails so they can get caught on everything. The French gel manicure that I got here looked fine... I've had better, and the price was competitive. Less than 24 hours after getting my nails done the gel started peeling on my left hand, I'm right hand dominant! Fast forward 72 hours later all of the gel on both hands had completely peeled off. The last gel manicure that I received I had on for three weeks with no peeling or chipping, from a salon that is unfortunately out of state. read more
