Went inside, asked for a full set and the man came inside from smoking a cigarette. Asked him to wash his hands and he acted as though he didn't hear me. My husband bought a gift certificate from here for my birthday. First of all he spent $50 and my certificate said spa pedi &mani. Not what i got! I got a regular prdi and I wanted something other than a regular mani so I told the man I would pay the difference. He convinced me to do a "dipping" method snd said it would be $10 extra. I have been going to this nail salon since I was about 15, when I would bike there with saved up babysitting money and get my first full sets. They have always been so great, welcoming, and familiar for me. They'll even have ideas for me as new colors come out, or let me know when it does. This nail salon reminds me of average inexpensive nail salons in Los Angeles. It has about 4 pedicure/massage chairs and several nail stations. They have about 40 OPI brand nail polishes, plus some other generic ones. I did not see any Essie brand, though. Not the greatest color selection. It also has the "Shellac" brand of gel nail cover. Three of us went in for mani-pedis. It took about the average time. The exfoliating/foot massage portion of the pedicure was the nicest part. The exfoliation left my tootsie soft and clean-feeling and the massage was deep enough to relieve some of the travel stress I'd incurred. All-in-all, an A-OK experience. read more

I've been going here for about 2 years now & am SO happy with their work! They have OPI & China Glaze nail polish & are constantly getting new colors according to the season. Had their spa deluxe pedicure, which includes extra moisturizer and hot towels. It was a very enjoyable experience. I went on a Friday morning, so there was not a rush to empty the chair and the woman really took her time. They have nice massage chairs and good prices. We were visiting for a yearly business function and my friend needed a pedi and gel mani, I needed only a gel mani. My thumb has acrylic due to a broken nail. The fella who helped me nodded as if he understood what I asked for. I walked away 2 hours later, longer than it took for my friend's mani pedi with two lumpy thumb nails and a sore nail bed from all the prying on the acrylic. I'm writing this review from the parking lot because I am so upset! I went in asking for a fill and to keep the length and shape. First, the man was telling me that my square shape was a coffin shape, which is false. Then he cut them significantly shorter and shaped them wide. The polish was so messy. The lengths didn't match and when I mentioned it he got mad and said I came in the uneven lengths. I couldn't believe that he got upset and did a sloppy job "fixing" it. I was visibly upset and he did not correct them. I hate them so much!!! I'm literally going home to take them off of my nails. This is the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails services. LOVE this nail salon. I bartend and am very rough with my hands. Every other nail salon I go to, I end up having to get a nail fixed or polish redone within two weeks. They are not only attentive to my particular needs, but have even gone out of their way to order my favorite hot pink nail polish over the summer. I have been going here for two years, and after trying 20+ salons over the last ten years, I am a harsh critic and they surpass my expectations consistently. Professional, clean, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I have a crazy schedule and have had to change my appointment or arrived late numerous times, they have always been understanding and gone out of their way to fit me in regardless. Absolutely terrible place to get your nails done. They don't even have a book or anything at all that displays their work so I should've known what I was getting myself into. The choice of nail polish is pathetic & poorly displayed which makes it awkward to get a color when another person is up there. I ended up getting the guy after the lady who was supposed to do them just started doing someone elses nails out of the blue very unprofessional. The man was horrid & my nails look terrible. 2 were popping off after 3 days. Will never go back. I get my nails done all of the time, and went here for the first time as it was near a dinner party I was attending that night. I was the only customer and after my sub-par nail job which was a full-set (solid nail color); the lady had the nerve to charge me $55. I thought that was way over-priced, but didn't dispute it because I wasn't sure if it was a more expensive salon. Later on I found out it was only supposed to cost me $35 but I guess the woman wanted to pull a quick one on me and make up for slow service that day.
