During recent visits, I've had to remind staff of missed steps, and my last two appointments were mishandled, either the second service was forgotten or not communicated properly. At my most recent visit, the same technician as last time seemed unaware of social cues. I was clearly reading a book and hoping for a quiet session, but she kept interrupting with questions, so I had to put it away. I also had to tell her multiple times that she was being too aggressive, despite me directly saying "this is uncomfortable and I am not enjoying this", she didn't adjust her approach. I'm now left with broken skin. Condescendingly when applying the polish she added a question "does this hurt." I don't think this tech is licensed. Meanwhile my second service was completed I had to remind the 'tech' to add the clear coat. When it came time to check out I noticed they added an unadvertised additional fee. Still giving them a 20% tip this was a stressful servicing. It may be time for a new fav salon.

HORRIBLE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! If I could give this…read moreplace zero stars I would . I went in today trying to get a fill in for my nails and a pedicure. The pedicure had a few mess ups but that's not the issue here . When I sat down with the nail artist "ooh" is his name . I told him what I wanted to get and he started off by saying " your nails will look weird and ugly " if I did them how it looked in the picture. Mind you it was a simple pink cat eye , my sister was with me and her nail artist did a wonderful job but my mine on the other hand had to much attitude for a person who works in customer service. I gave mr.ooh a chance to do my nails when he couldn't do what was in my photo I asked if he can do what the other artist did to my sisters nails . He immediately rolled his eyes and sighed saying that he did what was in the picture. But I tried giving him another option to give him another chance instead of telling him that he sucks at doing cat eye . After he couldn't do it a second time I gave him a third chance and told him if he could just do a simple French tip with the pink , he proceeded to say it wouldn't look good . I don't believe he should be saying things like that and putting a customer down . So after he said that I told him to just remove the pink polish so that he could just do a French tip because my sister had already pre paid $360 dollars for our nails . When I thought he was going to do my French tip he rolled his eyes again and said I wasted 2 hrs but it was less than 40 minutes trying to get him to accomplish something presentable . After that eyeroll and sass I was done. I asked him calmly as anyone can if he can just remove my nails and soak them off and give my sister her refund so that I can get serviced by someone else . In the middle of me talking he snips off my nails leaving me with nubs and gives my sister back some cash and not a full refund. So we called the boss and he was no better he took his coworkers side and told me " what the hell you want me to do . You wasted 2hrs of his time not deciding ". I think that is a horrible way for a boss of a salon to talk to a customer and he for sure is not setting a good example for his employees. I didn't not waste 2hrs of his time it was the other way around I was being way to nice and giving Mr.ooh many chances to fix his mistakes. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST . GETTING A RECEIPT AND REFUND IS HELL . I SPEND HUNDREDS EVEN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO GET MY NAILS DONE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS . NEVER AGAIN !!!!! I CAME IN WILL A SET OF NAILS AND LEFT WITH NUBS

Plus, she's so sweet and easy to talk to. Just a great experience all around! Her shop was super clean and well kept, and she even gives you a buffer and nail file to take home as she uses brand new files for each manicure. I loved that extra step of cleanliness. I got a gel manicure, but she provides all kinds of beauty services as far as nails, pedis, and hair styling. This is definitely a one stop shop for all of your pretty girl needs. My cuticles were not trimmed well, but most disappointing and infuriating was the deluxe, zero foot/calf massage, pedi for $70! The gentlemen (very friendly)who started on my feet was moved to another customer midway so, another nail tech finished up what he started. Very disappointing. I'm not the kind to make a scene. I just won't return. That was my last time. The previous pedicure I had started chipping off the next day (maybe old polish due to the thickness). It does seem like the service here has gone down from when I started coming here over 10 yrs ago. And now $70 pedicure with zero massage is a bit ridiculous.
