We were immediately greated with a smile and were sat down. Kim took care of my husband's mani & pedi (it was his first time and he has sensitive feet, so he was pretty anxious), but she kept reassuring him and ensuring that he was as comfortable as possible--his hands & feet looked brand new afterwards! The massage chairs are a bit worn since they have been in business for some years now, but nothing too crazy to complain about there. They still worked really well, I almost fell asleep as I was so relaxed. Everything looked pretty sanitary in my opinion. They wore gloves, used clean tools, and towels.
