We were out of the country and our dog sitter misplaced the house key. It was 7:00 pm on the evening before Thanksgiving. When I called to KB lock and key they came in less then 20 minutes and they even upgrade my lock to a keypad so it will never happen again (now I have a code access) I don't remember the last time I've had such great service. I use this company to open a basic door lock. Told me the estimate was $110-$120. When he came, costed me $150, I found a 10% coupon, so I paid $135. But it was opened by destroyed the door lock! I will need to buy new lock and installation fees so the cost will be another a few hundred bucks! I feel I was scammed. It's a basic simple door lock, but the locksmith couldn't open it and has to destroyed the door lock,, I can't see he has the skills. The estimate is much different with the real cost. The first guy that came out had a great attitude but could not make the key for my truck. Quoted me $200 for a key cut and programmed. When he couldn't do it another guy came and his attitude from jump sucked. Tried to charge me same price for just a programmed key fob. Even went so far as to say the other guy was new (which he has been doing car keys for this company for 3 years that's not new js). On top of all that my key fob don't even start my car anymore. So to end it all this dude that came sucks bad and his business practices suck. Talking about no profit wth. Who says stuff like that.
