They didn't just give us a fair price -- they gave us the BEST price we found anywhere, and the quality of their work and materials was unbelievable for what we paid. That level of care and preparation shows how well this company operates from the ground up.

Otherwise, EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior from their sales reps. A $300 consultation fee (When I asked if I could send photos of the area in contention, I was told no. After I stated I didn't think I had foundation issues since the home was built in 2023 but wanted to be sure, I was still told no) for essentially nothing is actually insane behavior for doing nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I reached out for a quote for roof and wall repairs on Thursday night. Jose came by Friday…read moreafternoon and provided a quote same day. He said he can start the roof repairs that day and come back for the indoor wall repairs on Monday. This was perfect since it was supposed to rain later that night and the next day. He was able to get workers there quickly, and they replaced faulty/missing external vents that allowed water to drain in my house leading to wall damage. He provided before and after pictures as well as a birds-eye view pictures of the roof which was nice to have. The repairs came with 2 year warranties. On Monday, he had a worker come by and begin repairing the drywall. They repaired the damaged wall, bought paint to match the wall, texturized it, sanded, and added two coats of paint, and dried everything all in the same day. As a plus, they let me keep the remaining paint. Some nice touches that were appreciative, they always wore shoe covers and never wore shoes inside. They were cognizant of cleaning up any mess that was created from the work being performed. Even going as far as cleaning the attic to clean up anything that dropped during the roof repairs. They also vacuumed through the entire path that they walked as they left. One final thing that was surprising, as Jose left, he noticed our gate didn't completely close. He let me know he could fix it, 5 minutes later, it works again. The attention to detail from Jose and his team were great.

My experience with Houston Siding has been extremely disappointing. On the very first day of…read morework--when the crew was supposed to replace only fascia and soffits--the foreman, Jon, nailed homemade scaffolding directly into my roof. When I questioned him, he told me the roof would "likely start to leak now," then handed me a business card for his personal business and offered to sell me a new roof. Their ladders also caused additional damage to the roof. There were also sections of fascia that were supposed to be replaced under the contract but were never touched. When I brought this up, Jon said he could finish the job only if I hired him privately to redo the siding on my entire house, claiming he would "significantly undercut" Houston Siding. When I contacted Houston Siding to report the issues and the incomplete work, I was told they couldn't help me and that I needed to handle it directly with Jon. It has now been two months since the job was "completed," and I am still discovering new problems. For example, the soffits were installed directly over the old ones, blocking the soffit vents. I had seen similar reviews before hiring them and hoped my experience would be different because Will was very pleasant during the sales process. Unfortunately, I've regretted starting this project since the first day of work.

Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience dealing with this construction company. Emails that…read morewere exchanged were not being responded to by AJ to the point my interior designer had to step in and initiate further communication. Got so bad that numbers were exchanged and AJ took 2 days to respond and initiate the project. He responded due to my interior designer having to reach out to him. The communication was abysmal. That should have been my warning. The entertainment was done nicely but I was told they don't do wall paper finishes. The vendor (Ramico construction) at site asked where was my wallpaper or paint and I told him that AJ told me that you do not provide those services but the vendor told me that they do and that's the normal process when setting up the entertainment centers. So now I was lied to by AJ (Amar Construction). Now the bathroom, yes unfortunately I did two projects with this company. They placed the sink and did the plumbing. But when it came to the mirror they stated there wasn't an agreement on electrical wiring, but I know I stated I wanted an LED mirror so I bought one. Thinking it will be done properly, it was hung on 2 small screws in the wall and when I touched the light thinking it would turn on it didn't and started to sway. This can not only break one day by falling as well as my sink but also harm anyone in that bathroom when it does due to poor judgment calls and a lack of attention and awareness. A major safety issue. I asked Ramico to stop hanging the mirror since I wasn't happy with the upcharge price. AJ (Amar construction) took it upon himself and told them to proceed and that he was going to charge me anyways. Excuse me? This displays horrible communication and customer skills. I'm sorry but AJ didn't display any type of professionalism. I could go on and on about this experience. Even the mediation with him, my interior designer and I was unprofessional. I allowed him to speak and didn't interrupt him not once but as soon as it was my turn to speak I was constantly interrupted by AJ (Amar Construction) But I will end off with PASS HIM UP!!! You're better off looking elsewhere or looking into Ramico Construction instead but if they work together, conjointly as a company THEN DONT!!!

I was in the service industry for many years and Abigail serves as a good example of how a professional should interact with their customers. in conclusion, I can't review Level Check's work, but hiring a quality employee such as Abigail, reflects favorably on the company as a whole. Everything was done by the book. This company is licensed, bonded, and insured as well! All solutions were performed to be LONG TERM, not temporary. They removed 15 Cu tons of clay soil for access and repairs, spread it for me to divert water, and fixed all plumbing after home was leveled.Heres the kicker.......total out the door was $25,050.00.$10,025 at start and $15,025 final invoice upon completion!
