I didn't know much about foundation repair, so I did a lot of online research - questions to ask, what to look for in their answers, and even what questions they should be asking me. I also checked out various websites and asked friends and trusted sources (such as our handyman) for recommendations. The project manager, Estaban Rodas, was excellent in explaining what he was doing and why. When I asked how they raised the house, he came and got me so I could watch. He also showed me the holes that they dug, how the piers were placed, and I watched as they raised a portion of the house. I had a lot of questions. He not only welcomed my questions, but he also seemed to enjoy showing me what he was doing and why. I was pleased with their work. Some of the cracks in our wall and floor either closed or were minimized. The doors we were having problems with now close properly. After the job was finished, we had several days of heavy rain. That's when I noticed that the dirt in one of the holes had sunk in. Estaban had explained that pounding the dirt in would prevent the soil from sinking. So when I noticed that they had missed one of the holes, I called the office. They immediately setup an appointment to have someone come out and fix it. The only downside was we did get a large crack on one of our inside walls when they were raising the foundation. Estaban said the house was stable now and to wait 2 weeks before we repaired any of the cracks. I highly recommend them. When Jose Skinny came out to fill the hole with dirt, we asked if he could help uncover the sprinkler heads. With all the rain, the dirt had turned to mud and covered them. He tested the sprinkler system, and then raised the sprinkler heads so they would water the yard and not splash back onto the house. If you're into sales representatives asking you invasive questions, dodging your questions about fees, being charged $300 for a "quote" without any work being done, and having someone end the call before you finish talking- this is the place for you! Otherwise, EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior from their sales reps. A $300 consultation fee (When I asked if I could send photos of the area in contention, I was told no. After I stated I didn't think I had foundation issues since the home was built in 2023 but wanted to be sure, I was still told no) for essentially nothing is actually insane behavior for doing nothing. These guys came down from Houston, TX and in one day managed to lift my home almost 2.5". This process actually closed cracks in my restroom. And they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, who else does that?! I was incredibly impressed with these guys & more importantly the work that they did. Super reasonably priced too, which was also impressive because it was an expense I definitely not planned for, but they made it affordable for me! Highly recommend! Called week before to make an appointment. Called the day of the appointment to confirm. Secretary confirmed. Waited 2 hours, no show, no call. I would be more forgiving if someone called and gave me a heads up, but when I called the office, no response. Probably saves me a ton of money if there were to be problems after the work. read more

These guys did a great job on a nasty rainy day. My home is level and developed some different wall cracks, but the cracks from settling all closed up. They put all the plants back, but esthetically they are not great gardeners and I have repairs to do to my yard plantings. I received a transferable warranty packet and have filed it with the deed to the house. I would hire them again, but supervise the replanting of my yard. read more

Well unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They confirmed with us several times, even through text last night. However, no one showed or called for our 11:00 appointment this morning. When I called them at 12:15....they were very apologetic, but nothing more was offered other than "this never happens," etc. Now if they offerred some sort of discount on future work, this review may have gone differently. However I wont be able to review their service as I will have to find another company. Very disappointing. read more

I could not be more impressed with the work that Leon Foundation Repair did for me for the following reasons: 1) Because of the complete explanation of the work they would do, I understood the process they would go through. 2) Workers dug the holes needed and installed the foundation supports in two days. 3) They cleaned up the mess and replanted the bushes and flowers they had taken out in order to do their work. 7) They distributed the dirt from all the holes in places all over my yard that needed it. 8) All of this occurred in three days. 9) Everybody involved with the project worked extremely hard. read more
