I called Jericho…read moreFoundation Repair and a very pleasant, professional man (sorry I don't recall his name) came out at the scheduled time this morning. He worked quickly and efficiently in assessing each of the first floor apartments as well as the exterior of the building. I had accepted the possibility that the building would need some foundation repairs because the sewer line underneath had been replaced three years earlier and I knew that could cause some foundation issues. Also there had been some settling in an upstairs apartment which caused some concern. He had an opportunity to tell me anything and I would have believed him. However he assured me that the foundation did not have any issues that would require repairs of any kind. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity and will recommend Jericho at every opportunity.

When I complained about it all I got from the Manager or Owner or whoever it was, was a oops, sorry shit happens. We talked to them. No true apology no we are so sorry. He even said this isn't the first time! Then it took them months to bill me for the work. When they finally did they never got around to sending the engineering report even though the engineer said it would be completed within 24 hours. Oh they also magically were somehow never able to pull a permit so they deducted money from my bill for that. They decided to not put one pilling in on installation day without telling me, however they did remove the charge for it. I guess that's honest. I just now 5 months later got my warranty paperwork. Very timely. I should have gone with Atlas Foundation Repair. I had forgotten to do any review until they just sent an email to provide a review. I am sure they are not happy now.

Excellent Foundation Repair Experience!…read more I highly recommend the BeTong team for foundation repair. They did an outstanding job on our two-story home in the Sugar Land, Texas area. From beginning to end, the entire team was professional, honest, respectful, hardworking, and extremely courteous. They went above and beyond to take care of our home and the foundation work that was needed. They kept the jobsite clean and organized and treated our property with the same care and respect they would give their own home. A special thank you to Site Manager Ken Mai and his team. Ken was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and made sure the work was handled properly. His crew worked hard, communicated well, and consistently demonstrated excellent workmanship and respect. Foundation problems can be stressful for a homeowner, but having a team you can trust and rely on makes a huge difference. BeTong delivered on their commitment, and I am very pleased with the work and the way their team conducted themselves throughout the project. Thank you, Ken and the entire BeTong team, for a job well done! Your hard work and professionalism are greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend BeTong to other homeowners needing foundation repair in the Sugar Land area. Five stars all the way!

Considering some of the rates we were quoted, this was the best price hands down in the Houston area. I would recommend to anyone who is looking at a well tailored, attentive and great priced engineer!

Rebecca, the receptionist/scheduler, is very friendly and helpful. The crew was absolutely wonderful. Digging holes to install the piers required extreme physical strength and patience. Primo, the foreman, stayed with the crew the whole time. They are very careful to be tentative to my water pipes and the sprinkler system. Clemente, the supervisor, checked on me 2 days in a row. They cleaned up very well after the job is done. I rarely write reviews (due to laziness), but this team stands out with their work ethics, which prompted me to write the review.

I feel the owner, David Yousefi, and regional manager, Kenneth Ferris, have not taken real responsibility for the outcome and instead offered explanations and proposals that would cost me more money while my house continues to fail. I no longer trust their assessments or methods, and I strongly urge other homeowners to get an independent structural engineer, multiple opinions, and every promise in writing before considering this company. They are unscrupulous and I would not use their service.

We got 3 estimates in that each of the three companies sent their staff to the house in reviewing and preparing data for estimates. The estimates from the 3 companies came back with wide range of recommendations and costs. Tony from Star Techn came to do the estimate. He was very professional and informative and answered all of my questions. We picked Star Techn. Foundation Repair because of their estimate and recommendation made sense and not upselling with so many different options which added more costs. Flor was great in her responsive and constant communications with me from the beginning and throughout the project. Flor and Henry were able to work with my schedule to start the project. In addition to keeping the work around the house free of trash and organized, the crew really worked hard and well together in getting the project done in such short amount of time which exceeded my expectations. We have 2 large oak trees close to the front of the house. During the digging of the holes , the crew cut lots of the roots with some as large as one foot in diameter. Apparently, these tree roots have been moving towards the house causing the elevation and foundation issues at the front part of house. Because of discovering this issue, Flora informed me and recommended the metal tree root barrier service that they can do. After reviewing the process and considering protecting the investment of the house foundation from further future damage, we proceeded with the metal root barrier service. Glad we did this since we discovered more large roots encroaching the house that the crew had to cut off. Star Techn Foundation Repair ensured that our door locks and sprinkler system worked after leveling and the completion. We are very happy and satisfied with Star Techn Foundation.

We first reached out to Star Techn to help us with the inspection of the home we planned to purchase. The inspection report noted some leveling issues with the house so it was clear work needed to be done. Star T immediately responded and provided us an initial estimate. This proved to be critical in helping us negotiate during the option period. Then when it came time to begin the work they stayed in contact with us the entire time. From start to finish, the team was incredible. They kept us in the loop the entire time during the project and were candid when they spotted issues or uncovered things that needed to be fixed (like plumbing). The biggest thing for us during this project is that we truly felt like we were receiving an honest assessment and fair value for the work being performed. On day one I never imagined how much digging would be taking place around the foundation but I have to say the quality of the work and the way everything was restored to normal in the yard after everything was completed was extraordinary. I have to admit that the perimeter around the house looked even better than before they started work. In other words, this company ensured things looked the exact same way or better than before they started construction. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.
