Over the two weeks, I've sent three unanswered text messages, left several voicemails, and called the office multiple times. I was told twice I would receive a return call with an update, but neither call came. I understand repair plans can take time, but repeatedly promising updates and failing to follow through is extremely unprofessional--especially given the serious foundation and moisture concerns identified during my visit. I expected much better communication and accountability from Olshan.

When I complained about it all I got from the Manager or Owner or whoever it was, was a oops, sorry shit happens. We talked to them. No true apology no we are so sorry. He even said this isn't the first time! Then it took them months to bill me for the work. When they finally did they never got around to sending the engineering report even though the engineer said it would be completed within 24 hours. Oh they also magically were somehow never able to pull a permit so they deducted money from my bill for that. They decided to not put one pilling in on installation day without telling me, however they did remove the charge for it. I guess that's honest. I just now 5 months later got my warranty paperwork. Very timely. I should have gone with Atlas Foundation Repair. I had forgotten to do any review until they just sent an email to provide a review. I am sure they are not happy now.

I had AAA Foundation out to work on our house in the heights Houston. The evaluation they provided…read morewent really well. I think one of the family members did the walk through. They were very thorough in what they inspected. It took about 45 minutes to do their adjustments in the home and another 30 inspecting the outside of our house. When they finished they went over everything with me and quoted out a price. The evaluation was free and their price was lower than a few competitors so we used them. They showed on time at the date agreed upon. They got to work quick. The foremans names was Marco. He was really good at getting everything set up. He had copies of what needed to be done. He was able to get the entire job completed in two days with 28 piers being placed. They used covers on the ground and got all of the dirt put back together. I was happy that some of the cracks in the home closed. The brick work gaps were also closed. They sent an email with the warranty after as well.

Our brand new home turned out to have a truly catastrophic foundation defect. Every expert who…read morereviewed it was stunned at the extent of the problems. Church was contracted by our home insurance company to execute the repair. It was a long and drawn-out process, especially since the more they explored the foundation the more problems they discovered with the build. Although Church was technically working for our insurance company, our point person Grant Dodson made it very clear at all times that he was very focused on us feeling well taken care of. He was incredibly responsive, replying to messages literally at all hours, 7 days a week. He worked hard to over-deliver on what Church was technically obligated to perform. This was one of the first bright spots in a 3-year process filled mostly with stress and aggravation. We feel confident that the work Church provided has made our home even stronger than it would have been if constructed correctly from the start. We're very grateful they were on hand to take on our insane repair.

In 2018 I had 3 contractors give me quotes to "repair" the tile that Greentree installed, each of…read morethem them telling me that it needs to be completely redone, it can't be "fixed". I have given Barry Feldt every opportunity to make this right. He has not kept his word on anything that he said he would do to correct this. In 2/18, nearly a year after the floor was installed, he was going to send workers out to fix it. I told him not to bother unless he was going to tear it all out and start over, at no cost to me. Heard nothing back. I filed a small claims suit 10/18. When the court went to serve him, the address was not valid. The address on their website is only a mailbox service on Westheimer, not an office. Had a conversation with Mr. Feldt in January of this year. He agreed to refund my money AND fix the floor. The next day he told me he did not agree to that because he couldn't afford to give me a refund and pay his workers. He would refund my money since I had already had it fixed. Not what I told him at all. Then in March of this year he agreed to pay me $7K, and I would sign a release so he would no longer be held responsible for the flooring. That has not happened so I'm pursuing further legal action at my own expense. Don't trust this company with ANYTHING!!!!
