Believe me, I'm going to pay you. He turned the unit on, went outside, (I heard him on the phone), came back in the unit seems fine to him. I called at 8:34 AM on Saturday, received a text at 9:17 AM letting me know he was on his way, and by 10:00 AM, the issue was completely diagnosed and fixed. My house was cooling again in no time! What really stood out was how Abel took the time to educate me on what the issue was, explain what needed to be done, and get everything taken care of in a timely manner. Great communication, great service, and most importantly, he got the job done right! I truly appreciate the professionalism and quick response. I would definitely recommend Abel and 4C A/C & Heating, LLC to anyone needing HVAC service!

I was advised everything was in good working order. The unit continued tripping the breaker so I had an electrician come out and check all wiring at which point he advised it was a problem with the a/c unit. I called another company out to get a second opinion on the a/c unit and they immediately found the problem and fixed it. I called back in an attempt to get a refund but was denied by the service manager. I paid $150 to have one of their technicians come out and basically kick the tire then tell me all is good when it was not.

I gave him recommendations for future customer questions such as: 1. Have a written price estimate of the actual jobs that could be done before the work begins. 2. Purchase an inexpensive camera that shows the customer (and the technician) that the duct is clear and there is no damage to the tubing from bottom all the way to the outside. 3. Before the work begins, there will be a charge for using a credit card. I appreciate the owners concern, his communication, and his offer for a partial refund.

ZERO stars. This company and its workers are CON MEN and prey on the elderly. Sean went out to my…read morerelative's house for mold removal and restoration. He was demanding and relentless with pricing and forcing them out of their house for 2 weeks! There was never a contract or itemized cost of the work to be done...only prices scratched down on a notepad. He also stated he had to be paid a portion in advance. True professionals have working capital! There were no before and after pictures taken or shown to the homeowners. Don't pay for work that hasn't been done. When he was "finished" and he was paid, he came up with "now you owe the tax on the total amount". This was not stated in the original price negotiations or in writing. Also, he said something needed to be installed in the attic and "he works with someone who does it." How convenient, right? I am sure there are kickbacks on that and the amount was going to be another $3k! Spare yourself panic, anxiety and financial stress - NEVER USE THESE CRIMINALS! A true professional is now inspecting the house and a police officers check by the house throughout the day, so this person does not attempt to harass this family ever again.
