I have been coming to this location only since my new pool was installed in 2024. I can't thank them enough for their dedication to all things pools and hot tubs. Thank you so much for taking care of the veterans. I am grateful for it.

We contacted them after sending multiple employees out, we were told they would take care of it the following spring We trusted them to do this! In 2019 we only heard excuses and that in 2020 they would take care of it as we took underwater videos and sent it to them insisting that the liner be replaced. In 2020-- nothing even though we sent certified letters. I have all documentation and dates of our conversations and dated video. I wrote a letter this year 2021 in February and have yet to hear back from them I will be reconsidering other options as to the best way to go forward with my problem another note: We have had them open and close our pool every year but even that the last few years I have had to make adjustments on what was done--Filters were never placed properly- things like that. This is obviously not under the same management as years before. I am sorry to say but find another pool company!

More about them in a separate review. Three years ago I was having a real problem with my inground. It was going on 9 years old and the water was a vivid green. Neither hubby nor I could determine what was causing this so we called the "installer". They advised us to run the filter 24/7 (NYSEG loves our summertime bills!!!!) and add some chemicals. App $300.00 woth of chemies. Absolutely nothing happened. I called Leisure Craft and they advised me to close the pool early, this was late August, and drain and refill next year. I followed their advice and I have a great looking pool! Their pool openers/ closers are very professional. They don't charge extra for chemicals. They offer honest suggestions. I thought my underwater lightbulb blew and asked for a service call. Before anything was done, the technician checked the breaker. Sure enough, it had tripped. I ended up paying for a service call but not the bulb, additional time spent on the job, etc. I can go on and on here. They repaired my safety cover at a cost of $175.00. I had an 80 pound Basset Hound that loved to sprint across the cover leaving holes in the safety mesh. A new cover usually costs upwards of $1200.00. I didn't think the old one could be saved..but it was. They respond to emails, scheduling can be done online, etc. The people here are great and I won't use anyone else!
