With the extra fabric, she offered to make two pocked squares as well. My sister and I had a very small window in which we needed alterations for her bridesmaid suit and my dress. They got them BOTH done so fast and the work was incredible. Aside from the work, they have great customer service which seems to be hard to come by these days. Highly recommend this place! I bring in my pants marked to the length I need all he had to do is cut and sew. Even if he felt they were wider to previous work. I would have said fine to an extra $5 but not double previously charged $15. Again, as I said straight hem on knit pants. I can only assume he just didn't want to do the work. I only went here because it was close and the work for the most part done quickly. I have another tailor I had been using that wasn't as convenient but I'm heading back to Annie. I had ordered a new dress which was delivered midday Saturday Sept 2nd (5 days before I flew out…read morefor a wedding) - all the tailors and places that offer alterations closed at 4pm that day but were also closed Sundays plus the following Monday because it was Labour Day. I found Maria on Saturday evening and was told I'd be able to drop the dress off Sunday and get it back Tuesday evening. I was so grateful. Drove to her, tried the dress on, she pinned it to mark where it needed alteration. 2 days later on Tuesday evening it was ready, just as she had said. I went back, tried it on and it is fantastic. Fits so much better and she did such a great job. You can barely even tell anything was altered by looking at it except for a tiny amount of thread on the inside of the dress which is a tiny bit darker than the original thread. Maria was super friendly, chatty, showed me some of the other things she'd done and was currently working on. She had just started on some sofa cushion covers which looked great. Grateful for her flexible schedule, that she was able to accommodate my alteration on short notice and that she did such a great job. Pricing was also standard compared to the other places I had seen and very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend.

They said they couldn't get the stain out. It wasn't a stain, they burned my blouse in their press permanently carelessly got and the burn was 5" x 4" size dark burn. Don't trust them. Their other excuse was, the silk is so delicate. DUDE, silk shirts are meant to be dry cleaned but they kept up with the excuses and would not take responsibility. Not worth my time arguing with people like them. Don't use this dry cleaner. They will destroy your clothes and not care and deny. I will never trust them again!

Lua altered both dresses and is sweet, personable, and talented. She finished both dresses well before their expected date.
