The burn outs of talking to folks, the math when running register, etc, etc... but when I do get to that point I still fake it till I make it!It's also literally the easiest job you can have when the size of the restaurant is a cafe and the clientele is mostly really nice folks. Crack a joke when speaking to customers at LEAST or don't make people feel like they're doing something wrong by customizing people's orders they way they want. Seriously your jobs are to be nice, if you can't do that, go find some place else to work.
