Now, the food was ok to good, but would have been better, I believe, if it hadn't sat in the window for several minutes (close to 10 mins is not an exaggeration) while we waited for the last part of our order to be complete, resulting in a lukewarm at best plate being presented. I know that small scale businesses have to pinch every penny just to stay open sometimes, and 4% can total out to a big number over time, so I can understand it. Again, this kinda bugged me personally, that and the fact that the "suggested" tip amounts are based on the +4% amount, not the actual ordered total.
