Honestly, Ive tried this place about 5 times since Ived been in Goldsboro. I recognize that Dunkin' tends to have a lot of room for error. I used to go to one in my hometown and 8/10 times it was great. But here it's been bad every single time. Im lactose intolerant and have to get a non-dairy milk. Im a barista professionally and know that oat milk beverages can be just as creamy as dairy ones if the carton is shaken first. However every time I get coffee here it's been watery. I won't be going back, just wanted to give it every chance I could because I realize everyone has their off days. Ive screwed up coffees before. But after striking out 5 times I figure it's just like that sadly. read more

Straight, hot garbage. I would give them zero stars, were it possible. A couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege of listening to the manager and a customer get into a profanity laden shouting match inside the store after the customer said they he would not wear a mask (claiming the medical exemption). I am talking a full-on verbal shouting match, with language that would make a sailor blush, in front of about 5-6 customers. Both were in the wrong, but you especially don't expect to hear that coming from the management of an establishment. That should have been the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back, but I love Dunkin' cold brew. The last two times I have gone to the drive through, it has been painfully slow. This morning, I sat at the menu for a good 3-4 minutes, before finally being asked to "wait a couple of minutes." Then, after ordering, it took ten minutes to get a plain black cold brew. No apologies from the cashier - she didn't even say so much as a "hello," "thank you," or "have a nice day." I am done. As much as I don't like Starbucks coffee, I will be giving them my business from now on. At least they are nice. read more

My husband and I have given this location several chances and it has been terrible every time. Service is always excruciatingly slow. We order in the app give them 20+ minutes before even walking into the store and still have to wait for our food. They are regularly out of various things or making our drinks wrong. Delicious because they have a lot of good coffee if you just want to wake up and roll your morning and get started because you know kids can be aggravating and if you do have kids you would know so you just want to get up drink some coffee so Dunkin Donuts is always good for coffee it doesn't matter whatever coffee you get it's really good they have some other things like donuts and their donuts are delicious and top recommend!!! but again I only give them four stars because sometimes they can be rude and that's okay sometimes we can all be rude but we can forgive them and move on get a coffee roll on morning okay so please go order from them they're really nice some of them are really nice please don't expect me to have exact expectations of what they're supposed to be doing but have a great day!! read more

Horrible service and food! The man that took my money had nasty greasy gloves on. Handled my money with them and never took them off after. So you know he went to handle food after. My hash browns were old and soggy but tasted like metal. My daughters donut tasted the same. Not to mention the napkins in the bag looked used. I went inside with my son. He had a mask on but I have health problems so I had mine off. It took at least 3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. We were the ONLY customers at the time. Someone else came inside and waited just prior to someone coming out front. When the person behind the counter arrived, she told me that I had to wear the mask. I told her that I have a medical issue and was having trouble breathing. She told me to leave. I asked her kindly to take my son's order because we had waited so long and were alone there as the only customer so long before service that we could have been in and out long ago. She refused saying that she would lose her job! Someone needs to educate the employees about discrimination laws. read more

Customer service was lacking. The young lady that took our order ignored us until she got time to take our order and then when it was our time, she just walked up to the register and stared at us. No greeting whatsoever ever. The other young lady that was working was pleasant and polite. This location (at least) should be avoided at all costs. Not dirty, per se, but not tidy and neat. As there was an employee who was doing nothing, this should have been taken care of. I was in around ten in the morning, and none of the doughnuts were labeled. When I asked about this, I got a vague answer about how she didn't know who put the doughnuts out this morning. Again, note the totally idle employee. Lazy staff, bad attitude, and mediocre doughnuts (which are baked 50 miles away, and trucked in) means that I can cross this place off of my "stop here again" list. read more

The coffee is excellent. The cleaning is terrible. The floor is dirt. The sanitation rate is 95, maybe from the inside, but outside where we place the orders is dirty. The floor has not received a good cleaning for a long time. read more

Talk back, unnecessary comments and attitudes, this is before the transaction. They can be a little slow from time to time. And they do not know what the term "substitute" mean smh. Drive-thru takes forever to get through, it's not even worth it. It's taken me 15 minutes to get through it sometimes while theres only one other car. Due to how the design is, you can't even leave if it's taking too long. This dd gets worse every day. Waited almost 30 minutes for a few sandwiches, they were all soggy from taking so long to make. Stuffed into a single bag. These people constantly get my iced coffee order wrong! It's not a difficult order, just caramel with cream. That's it. The last 3 visits, in about 10 days, they managed to screw it up each time. Today I told the order taker of my previous problems ahead of time, so you think they'd make sure my order was correct, but NO it was wrong again. I adopted a policy last time to taste my drinks from here prior to being miles down the road when I find out it's wrong. She had another person remake it but there was NO APOLOGY!! Generally they are pretty friendly here and the place is clean but they need to work on listening to customers and being apologetic when they screw up all the time! first off, l have been enjoying Dunkins Coffee for over 30 plus years. orginally from mass, retired down here in 2018 and was thrilled to see they are building a Dunkins, hate starbucks always have. Have to say the store has been hot and cold and l used to go alot but now basically once a week. Today broke the camels back, got to the drivethru at 750 this morning, could count like 6 cars in front of me. finally get to place my order and there is no one there. after a couple of minutes someone comes on and say oh im sorry and l place my order. i finally get to the window and received my coffee and said sandwich will be right up. 5 mins later finally, was in the drive thru a total of 15 minutes, i get to work. coffee was wrong. just asked for regular xl creme and sugar and the sandwich was luke warm at best. I hope they fix this store since itis the only dunkins around. going to give it some time. but i hope they dont lose a 30 plus year customer and were just having a bad day.. good luck in getting the store fixed read more
