This is THE place to stop for breakfast, to eat dessert first with your lunch and dinner, celebrate birthdays - anniversaries - births, propose to your girlfriend (who needs a diamond when you can offer her one of THESE sweet golden rings!!), reward your kids for a great report card, console yourself or a friend over a breakup, order a tower of Classic Glazed for your wedding instead of a dry old cake, celebrate a promotion, get to know your blind date - and, of course for no reason at all! You will never get bad doughnuts at a Krispy Kreme. Or bad coffee. Or bad service. It is not possible. Ever. I've been through the drive through a few times until my daughter (7 years old) picked this spot to go dine for her b-day. My wife, daughter and myself have never been treated with such kindness and hospitality. The crew was nothing but loving to my family. Jamelle kept bringing little things to help entertain my little 7 year old and make this experience a blast. Shoutout to the rest of the crew (Angela, Lamya and Ashely) they crearly love what their doing and went far and beyond to helped make an average visit to a krispy kreme an unforgettable visit. I really hope workers like this are recognized for doing their best to not only make great donuts but adding much needed love to our community. Krispy Kreme tasted pretty crispy & creamy. So overall I get rated a five stars because it tasted great.

I certainly don't go here for the food's nutritional value but since we don't have many of Krispy Kremes in California I indulge (and then run an extra mile) whenever I am in Goldsboro. They have terrific coffee ( pour your own sugar or you will be sorry), terrific hot glazed donuts right off the conveyor belt before 11:00 am daily and the friendliest people that you would ever want to meet. This is a friendly, clean Kripsy Kreme with free internet, plenty of parking and really friendly patrons. read more

We stopped in for a dozen donuts, iced coffee, a frozen latte, and a frozen lemonade. Everything was good to go. The lady who helped us was very nice and she made sure we were happy with our donuts and our beverages. I rated this location a 5-Star. We'll definitely be back! read more

I'm not sure if the day crew is different from the night shift crew but, the quality of customer service from the night crew was ridiculously horrible. They acted as if they hated their jobs and didn't want to be there. Nobody ever smiled and we got a lot of attitude. I personally work in customer service and I was blown away by the way they treat customers. You should treat customers the same way as when you open the store. I really hope something changes soon. read more
