The staff are working too slowly; I placed my order nearly 30 minutes ago and still haven't received my drink.

I was in this store on 3/4 at around 4:30 pm, to pick up a order for a customer. I was not greeted when I arrived and ignored for 10 minutes as I stood at the counter. This was the only time I had an issue with this store. I mentioned this issue to the acting manager and was informed that they were busy. If you view the cameras you will notice that they focused their attention on two customers that they apparently knew. At the time I mentioned it to the manager, I also pointed out that there was 2 employees that were checking their phones and I was informed that they were on their break. This was very unacceptable behavior by the manager. I seemed more like a high school click than a place of business. read more

It's a Starbucks. With that said, it's not a bad one. The employees are pleasant enough, the sugar - creamer bar was clean, which might say more about the customers than the employees -- but it was still a nice change. If you're on the freeway and need a quick SB pick me up, you can't go wrong here. And if you're lingering in the area, this may not be my first pick of SBs to visit but it's a long long long way ahead of the worst one I've been to . . . read more

I've been coming here for over a year now for the convenience , each time I've left with meh coffee and even meh'er customer service. Never once do they go the extra mile for anything. Definetely would reccomend going to the other Starbucks around the area read more

They never answer the phone, you will wait a year for a grande coffee and they never have sandwiches. Probably the worse Starbucks I've ever seen, the wilson branch should come down and train these people.. read more

Sat in drive thru for five minutes, no one attempted to help us. Drove to window, no one would talk to us. People were inside, not busy, just refused to attend to customers. One hour prior to closing so no issues there. Forget slow service, you get no service here. read more

I was visiting family for a birthday and needed to stop before checking into the hotel after the long drive. Drive thru was crazy long so I opted to go inside. They had about four people working but one seemed to be moving faster and making all drinks while the others took orders from the busy drive-thru. The barista wasn't the friendliest (how could she be when she was focused on pushing out orders) but my drinks were made perfectly and when she sat them on the counter she smiled. We go to this Starbucks out of convenience but whenever possible go to the Starbucks near Harris Teeter. The drive thru customer service 9 out of 10 times is not friendly and always makes us feel like we are a burden to them. Please please work on your customer service, please. Always get our drinks incorrect and tries to offer us what they made and give a refund (but it's Starbucks, we pay $5 for a coffee and prefer the one we order). read more

Starbucks should be ashamed to have their name on this store. The folks inside are about as friendly as your local DMV office and the drive thru isn't any better. Once, I had hot coffee spilled on my door. Another time I ordered a frappucino that was pure liquid. Perhaps the barista could use more than maybe TWO cubes of ice?YUCK! Workers take a while for drinks even when it's not busy. Every time I've walked in here there's been only 1-2 people making drinks while others are talking amongst themselves or with customers. A waited almost 15 min for my drink when there was no line inside or at the drive thru. Everyone was waiting for their drinks. Terrible service. Rude people. Filthy chairs and tables every time I come. They don't know how to make a lot of common beverages. I feel badly for the few employees who seem to try. Flies everywhere even in winter. I've been to Starbucks all up and down the east coast from Canada to Florida and this is by far the worst. Workers are slow and they messed up every facet of my order even after repeating back the correct order. I ordered a grande iced coffee, no sugar, and milk. I got a large iced coffee with tons of sugar and half and half. The other drink I ordered was a Grande iced chai tea latte. I got a large hot chai latte with whipped cream. This was after sitting in the drive through for almost ten minutes so I just cut my losses and left. read more

I'm here everyday and most of the employees know what I order. They are FANTASTIC and super nice! I've never gotten a wrong order or had any problems whatsoever. Parking can be tricky as there is a shortage of spaces but that's because this Starbucks is busy. It's in front of the mall so of course there will be certain times of the day and certain days that are busier than others....but all in all it's worth the wait. The girls are very friendly and kind.
