There is a small but sophisticated menu that offers quiches, scones, cheesecake and a few savory pastries, all made by a European trained chef who bakes exclusively for The Gladstone. The presentation is awesome. Hours are Tues-Thurs 10am-6pm, and Fri-Sat 10am-10pm. And they are actually open for these hours, they do not close randomly like some other local Goldsboro businesses.
