I used to go to one in my hometown and 8/10 times it was great. But here it's been bad every single time. Im lactose intolerant and have to get a non-dairy milk. Im a barista professionally and know that oat milk beverages can be just as creamy as dairy ones if the carton is shaken first. However every time I get coffee here it's been watery. I won't be going back, just wanted to give it every chance I could because I realize everyone has their off days. Ive screwed up coffees before. But after striking out 5 times I figure it's just like that sadly.
