As someone who eats Jersey Mike's almost everyday this was the worst location and unprofessional. They were not remaking sandwiches which should have been discounted or given to customers free of cost for the inconvenience. If the employees informed customers upon arrival that they had an extended wait period this would be acceptable as the customer could make the choice for themselves. I left without the soggy sandwich I was expected to pay for.
