The foods ok when they get the order right which doesn't happen often. Ordered 5 subs today got 4 right and a big surprise they actually put the pickles in this time. Weird how they can never seem to write on the outside what the sub is even when you ask them to. The Cajun was easy to figure out because there was seasoning all over the outside and a few smudges on the others in the bag. So glad they put it in bags it barely fit so I could learn to juggle that and the drinks on the way to the car. Back to Jersey Mikes for me better service, friendlier people and they know how to use a pen. read more

We ate at this store for the first time on May 10. I had the BBQ beef brisket and cheddar sandwich, which was as delicious as any barbecue sandwich I've ever gotten in my home state of Texas, and my husband had the Italian sandwich. Our food was delicious and the staff is great! The restaurant is very clean and pleasant. Bathrooms were also very clean. We look forward to eating here many more times! read more

Easy to order on line and pick up, tried the cuban. I can't eat it. There's so much wet coleslaw and mustard bbq sauce so, soggy bread. But the worst part is the so called pulled pork. Ate here for the first time a couple wks ago. I had the Italian sub. It was really good. My wife had the meet all and she enjoyed hers as well. The staff were friendly and helpful for our first visit. The place was very clean and steady but not crowded. The prices were fair also. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich earlier this evening. Took them forever to make it. It was soggy and half of it was missing chicken. Never again. There was also evidence of cross contamination in my sandwich. There were roast beef bits on the bottom and inside of my sandwich which is problematic because I don't eat beef. And it also means they didn't clean between sandwiches which is absolutely disgusting! read more

The sub was made fresh and we enjoyed our meal. A Sub was the only thing we had. The employees did a great job.

Very consistent quality food and reasonably fast service. They are certainly par amongst the many firehouse subs that I have been to throughout the east coast. Walked into the store with my wife on a Friday night. Had never been there before. As we are reviewing the menu, we are told it would be 25 to 30 minutes before they would get to us because of phone in and online orders. Apparently, the customer in front of them is not as important as the questionable orders they've received by other means. We left and went to Jersey Mike's who had no trouble serving us even though they were also slammed with online orders. I may never go back to Firehouse. read more

Absolutely LOVE this place! I had never had firehouse before they arrived in town and OMG! This is our new favorite place! The food is always amazing (and right!) and the people are so very friendly!
