I made a visit last week where it was extremely busy. The machines for payment went down and although the manager ran in to assist after 20 minutes, it took an additional 10-15 minutes to get the system running. During this time the manager and employees continued to take orders while the costumers crowded up waiting to pay. As someone who eats Jersey Mike's almost everyday this was the worst location and unprofessional. Although the employees simply did what they could it did not take away from the results and that the manager was not helpful. They were not remaking sandwiches which should have been discounted or given to customers free of cost for the inconvenience. If the employees informed customers upon arrival that they had an extended wait period this would be acceptable as the customer could make the choice for themselves. I left without the soggy sandwich I was expected to pay for. I will never ever come back to this location as there was not thought for the customers and respect for their time and ultimately for the food as I'm sure there were was a lot of spoilage. read more

I have lived in Goldsboro,NC for 1 year. I was happy to discover a Jersey Mike's in Goldsboro. I enjoyed Jersey Mike's when I lived in Brea,CA. Unfortunately I visited Jersey Mike's today after church. Here are my 2 concerns: (1) The floor was dirty with lettuce dropped on the floor. (2) The young woman preparing the sandwich would pick up the lettuce from the cutting board and return it to the lettuce bind. I made it clear, I didn't want her to retrieve the lettuce for my turkey wrap from the area she returned lettuce from the previous sandwich. I was disappointed by what I witnessed today and the lack of cleanliness. Will find another Jersey Mike's or another place if I want a sub or a wrap. read more

Good Food, and usually good service. Drove 20 miles picked up the order my wife placed on line, drove back home opened the subs and both were wrong, completely wrong and not even wrong on the ticket just wrong subs, spoke with the manager and basically he said bring them back and we'll remake them. 80 freaking miles for two subs so needless to say if I'm going to get service like this I'll just drive the 5 miles to Subway. I would say don't use the online app, except for the fact that the order was right on the ticket just not what was in the bag. Very disappointed so won't be eating at Jersey Mike's for awhile especially the Goldsboro location. read more

Alright guys! I LOVE Jersey Mike's and I eat a #9 at least twice a week. But I'm finding I'm getting less and less meat every time, so I'm cutting down. First of all, you walk in and don't even know exactly where to place your order. You're greeted by the corner of a glass wall and some large machine, so you walk to the register area only to be told that you are supposed to order at the other end. Then you're looking through a wall with signs posted at eye level. I am not Superman, so I awkwardly attempt to provide effective communication of my sandwich preferences while looking through the empty spaces on the wall between myself and the sub maker. Cold sub? That'll be done right away. Oh you want a hot sub? Sorry, but that'll take an extra 10-20 minutes. We have 3 people working behind the counter, you say? Oh but you see, your sub requires an extra step...heat. As for the sub itself, it's not bad, but nothing spectacular either. The sliced lettuce in the bin didn't look that fresh, and the bread is thin and flimsy. It's not a bad option for a sub, but I don't like waiting 20 minutes for one...I think I'll go to Subway next time. read more

Holy omfg is this jersey mikes set up odd.... Walk inside & you're clueless as to where to even stand. There's a mass of people in the back of the store so you head over there & voila.... You're still standing in the wrong freaking spot. The drink machine in right up in the spot for the line of people that are waiting. And yep. The subs are good... but both times I've gone to this jersey mikes my tummy is not agreeing with me 45 minutes later. . I'll head to jimmy Johns from now on. read more

Best subs in goldsboro!

Last month I ordered a party tray for 40 people. I picked it up on May 17th,and man was I surprised not only did they make great sandwiches,but they supplied the fixens too. Pickles, banana peppers,lettuce,tomatoe,mayo,mustard,oil and vinager,plates and forks and napkins too. Staff was excellent and carried my stuff out to the van.If your having a party and want some good reasonable food check out Jersey Mikes you can't go wrong. read more

This is the worst location I have ever eaten at. We ordered online and waited the allotted time and gave them an extra ten minutes b/c we figured it was busy. They had more people working behind the counter than they did in the store and outside combined and we still waited for thirty minutes to get our food then to not only bring it home and they charge me 20 bucks for a sandwich that wasn't even mine. But it had my name on it. And was with our order. I called and was told to bring my sandwich back up to the store after I live twenty miles away and have responsibilities that don't involve dragging my kids back out. The manager at this location needs to get his stuff together or get out of the sandwich game!!! read more

Oh My Gosh! What a GREAT Place! Just moved here from NY - and couldn't find ANY REAL ITALIAN food-- till we found this place! I had my relatives try it- and they're HOOKED too. It's an OASIS in the Desert! We get the #13 ''The Original Italian " (yup- I am! So I KNOW about the real thing!) I ordered JM through uber eats and was very disappointed with the quality of the order. I ordered 3 giant subs and 2 regular size. I noted that you could not customize an uber eats order the way you could going directly online through the JM website so I called up the store and was informed by an employee that uber orders aren't able to be customized but they did let me add some items to the giant club. What I received was 8 half bags of un-identified sandwiches that I had to open to try and figure out how to piece together to get some semblance of my order.The hot subs had apparently been pre made and stored up there at the store for awhile. The cheese was congealed looking (hot sandwiches were cold - we ordered steak, meatball, and clubs) and the only identification on the bags were numbers. The clubs you could tell had been pre made/opened and the stuff I asked for added later. This was not late at night or before closing time. For the amount of money I paid for that order, I am very dissatisfied. I don't enjoy paying for food that looks and tastes like leftovers. You have lost a regular customer. read more

First of all, Consistency. High quality product. The staff is there to make your food quickly while you're yelling toppings at them. They are a strong staff.
