Not long after, I heard a loud noise from the rear and immediately knew my day was headed in the wrong direction. I pulled into Goodyear around 10:00 AM with no appointment and fully expected to spend half my day there. Instead, the team took my vehicle back almost immediately, repaired my tire in under an hour, and had me back on the road before I could even properly panic. Two years later…read more.. As I mentioned last time, "When these tires eventually wear out, I'll be pointing-and-clicking my way to Tire Factory again." OK, so I didn't rotate the tires as often as I should have. My bad. But the tires were perfect for my car, and unfortunately they still aren't stocked by anybody locally. So...I emailed Tire Factory, and Ryan is still there! I was still in his computer, so he quickly confirmed my address and the tire type & size I bought last time. I gave him my new credit card information, and *presto*, two new tires on my doorstep three days later. He even gave me a discount off of their web price to thank me for my repeat business. A class act, all the way.
