I pulled into Goodyear around 10:00 AM with no appointment and fully expected to spend half my day there. Instead, the team took my vehicle back almost immediately, repaired my tire in under an hour, and had me back on the road before I could even properly panic. So...I emailed Tire Factory, and Ryan is still there! I was still in his computer, so he quickly confirmed my address and the tire type & size I bought last time.
