I pulled into Goodyear around 10:00 AM with no appointment and fully expected to spend half my day there. Two years later…read more.. As I mentioned last time, "When these tires eventually wear out, I'll be pointing-and-clicking my way to Tire Factory again." OK, so I didn't rotate the tires as often as I should have. My bad. But the tires were perfect for my car, and unfortunately they still aren't stocked by anybody locally. So...I emailed Tire Factory, and Ryan is still there! I was still in his computer, so he quickly confirmed my address and the tire type & size I bought last time. I gave him my new credit card information, and *presto*, two new tires on my doorstep three days later. He even gave me a discount off of their web price to thank me for my repeat business.
