A while ago, for no reason, the belt came off. They put it back on. Last night, my battery light came on. I brought it to them today, and they told me the alternator failed and needed a couple of hours to get another. I'm currently waiting for my alternator to be replaced. But most importantly, I've not been charged for either incident. Top notch guys. Honest. I'd trust these guys with my grandmother's car if she were still alive.

I pulled into Goodyear around 10:00 AM with no appointment and fully expected to spend half my day there. Instead, the team took my vehicle back almost immediately, repaired my tire in under an hour, and had me back on the road before I could even properly panic. I had replaced my tires 3 days prior so I was shocked that I had an issue. I pulled off the expressway and Meekhof Tire happened to be open on that exit road. They took my car in right away, pulled the tire off, and did an inspection. They found that the company that installed my tires that week had damaged the the hub, valve stem, and the sensor, so my tires were not in new condition - there were chunks pulled off. The guys here temporarily fixed my tires and did not charge me for their help! I thanked them and wanted to spread the word that these guys went above and beyond for someone who they didn't know and had not purchased tires from them. I appreciate the customer service. ------------------------- I am hoping to amend this review, if resolved. I had 2 new tires put on and alignment completed at a cost of just under $500. I left and noticed the tire pressure light was on and the tire pressure was low. I drove back and was told it was normal and would be fine in 20 minutes and basically ignore it, if nothing changes to try to come back within the hour. I live 20 minutes away, I would not make it back and suggested I would come on Monday if the light didn't come off. I got home and my tire was below 20. It's now at 3. and I had to call roadside assistance to put my spare on. I wasn't told I would need to be aware of the light being on, which triggered me to return, that is one issue, however when I went back and notified them, they should have at least checked to make sure everything was ok instead of telling me to drive it around for 20 mins. In this case, causing the problem to get worse. It is Saturday and they are not open tomorrow, the soonest I can possibly have a resolution is Monday.
