They said it'll be a couple hours. 2.5 hours later I called to check on it. They said it'll be another couple hours. I reminded the guy what happened when I was there for an alignment. His response was. We are 1 of 3 tire services on cedar st. I guess he was telling me if I didn't like it. There are other tire places down the street. I bought my tires there. Not only did he tell me what he thought was wrong with the car , but he said it in a way I could understand it, and quoted me a great price! Explained situation to intake person Kory, and worked on differential fluid change. Problem persisted and we had to order new transmission ($4000) and considered $1500 labor. Luckily problem has seemed to resolve with fluid change, they refunded my $ for transmission, only charged for fluid change. They were VERY good with communication, not up-selling, straight shooters. While they may charge a tad more than others, it is worth their quality and honesty any day!
