Spent 5k, waited 3 months. Car not fixed and they broke my air conditioner, clutch, condensor and compressor. Belts were broken. No screws were replaced when he was funished including the one that holds my HOOD ip safely. Vacuum hoses were left unhooked and my car has an engine knock. He refused to give me an actual mileage on said used engine. This was my maiden voyage into car repairs on my own and my car is nearly undriveable. Im sick. I called his financing company to investigate fraud, which is my only recourse besides court. Which i absolutely have to do to bw able to get to work. This dude didn't juat rip me off, he ruined my faith in mechanics. Nightmare. THREE months wait and ive no doubt he will reply to this review but he won't return my calls or stand by his NPN EXISTENT WARRANTY. EXCUSE SURE TO FOLLOW. I am very happy with the work on my 2000 Oldsmoble Intrigue and I think that for all of the work done (and needed), that the price was very reasonable. They had my car back to me within a day, and fixed things that had been bugging me for a long time. I now feel confident driving my car, no lights lit on the dashboard! I feel very confident that all of my car's problems were noticed and addressed! I was out doing Amazon deliveries and the undercarriage of my car was dragging something horrible. Literally the little piece of undercarriage that attached to my car was the bane of my existence. You could hear it scraping any time I reversed. Well as I was reversing out of one my stops it sounded even more horrible than usual. I hit Jefferson street and there goes Bryan and Pat standing there with a Godlike light shining on them lol pointing at my undercarriage. I pull in and ask how much to take it off because I didn't have the tools to do it. Bryan tells me we'll do it for free. Literally made my day as I was only half way through my deliveries if that and the thought of driving my car all the way back to Grand Rapids like that had me nervous as heck too. Anywho super grateful for both of them. Literally took care of it in a couple of minutes at no charge and for someone who's working 3 jobs just to get ahead in life it's really appreciated! Honest, reliable, quality service, with quick turnaround time. We've just had front brake pads and rotors replaced on our VW Jetta a week ago, and then had our Jeep Patriot towed in Monday afternoon for all around brake pads, drums and rotors, etc., and had it back Tuesday afternoon. Scammers in Portland and Grand Ledge MI. Would never do business with this shady company! Brian the owner supposedly fixed the brakes on 1 of my trucks and after they blew out 3 times in 1 week had me questioning there ability and mechanic license! Meanwhile they had my work truck in the shop racking up a bill and replacing any code that popped up and racking a bill over 5500. then giving the truck back to only have all the issues come back within a few day! After I had mentioned that I'd pay within the week of working the truck issues came back and I refuse to have them re work on the truck they reported it stolen off there lot and just to have police notify me where I cleared it up with him giving my truck back!!! Now we are heading to court . Do not trust this company they try to take advantage of who you are and trying to squeeze money out of you! read more

I had an engine and transmission put into a GMC Envoy Denali and a water pump replaced in a GMC Acadia Denali. The service was excellent, the turnaround fast, and the price was very fair. I am all for loyalty, so if you have a mechanic you trust by all means keep them. However, if that is not the case I would highly recommend working with Bryan and Scrib's Autoworks.
