Last 2 times I paid for the tire/wheel wipe (really just a tire wipe), and had to pull off the side as they didn't hear the buzzer at the end, and of course, dong it as quickly as possible, not well. The hand "drying" at the end, is really just a minor wipe down. They do not make sure the windows are clear, or mirrors. Imagine telling your kids to clean the bathroom when they are 10, that is about the effort given here. I would say the wash overall was good, the employee interaction, meh or even less. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress.
