I was royally screwed on a tire replacement, had road hazard…read moreon (4-tires) to replace the 1 tire that was only few months old. They insisted on replacing with totally different tire, correct tire not in stock. After telling them it would't work! Size same but not all-terrain. You don't run All-terraine w/All-weather. Told them to remount old tire very slow leak in side wall can travel home and back, order proper tire, I'd return when received. Since original 4-tire set had been ordered through them 1st time didn't see an issue. NO he basically hee-hawed around insisting all-weather OK. NOT!!! Held my vehicle up while holding me on phone a prolonged time doing nothing to try to resolve other than what he wanted to do. Till I had no choice to agree or not get my vehicle back. If that wasn't bad enough went to pick up my vehicle to find I'd been charged FULL price for the mounting, full price of the wrong tire he mounted and charged again for road hazard, 3x the price as charged for road hazard on original. I got screwed. I mean screwed. Car roared horribly, thought it stop after a bit. Didn't so tried rotating tires thinking it'd help. NOPE still roars badly. Will have to end up buying a whole new CORRECT tire again! Not at Walmart for sure! When I can afford to go elsewhere for the correct tire, pay mounting again etc. Hope no damage done to my vehicle before then. Hate confrontation I received on phone, figured I'd get no better in person. Posting this to try to save someone else the headache.

My sons vehicle went into limp mode on the way to college on the west side of Michigan at 69-96…read moreinterchange in Lansing. He was able to get off the freeway and to a safe spot. It was a Sunday morning. Brought vehicle to Town and Country and left keys in drop box for Monday. We live in the greater Detroit area. Curtis got the vehicle in and diagnosed the issue. Curtis said that the vehicle went into limp mode due to low oil pressure and an oils sample showed metal bits. He said he was not sure that replacing the failed part would fix the car due to the issue possibly caused by the low oil pressure. I decided to not repair the vehicle and scrap it instead. Curtis allowed me to keep it at the shop for about 5 days no issue until I could get my ducks in a row with a scrap yard and a replacement vehicle for my son. He was very understanding of the issue and accommodating. He even gave us a discount on the diagnostic fee he performed on the vehicle! I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would bring my vehicle service/repair needs to Town and Country and Curtis!

He wanted to do diagnostics first before anything else was done . So that is what we did . They were so thorough, honest and he was such a gentleman . It turned out that everything with my van was fine and instead of an $800 bill it was $60 ! While I was waiting he was so kind to me and kept me updated on what they were doing in the garage . Also, for some reason my oil change light came on . He checked that also and said that I do not need an oil change at this time and in another Thousand Miles have that done . So honest ! Thank you so much Curtis ! I appreciate you ! Sincerely, Jo Simkovich
