The mechanics here are friendly, professional, experienced, and honest. They take the time to explain what needs to be done without making you feel pressured and tell you the best options for your vehicle. I've been to plenty of shops that try to upsell you on things you don't need, but not here. The pricing is fair and you always get your money's worth. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and affordable auto repair shop, look no further than NXB. Highly recommend!

My vehicle was withheld from me for over 3 months and it was given back to me in worst conditions that forced me to double up the funds to even try to get another mechanic to touch it. They installed it and said it now pulls left and right when you accelerate which never happened before. I immediately could tell the alignment is clearly off as you can see in the photo (steering wheel is straight) they told me they did align it and get get the sheet. they also said something else might be wrong and to bring it back if I want them to figure it out. So I drove it down the road and found it drives worse than ever, swaying like crazy and jolting my wheel with every bump, I immediately brought it back upset, and said "it drives 5 times worse than before" NOT BLAMING ANYONE JUST STATING THE FACT and the rude old lady of a manager decided I was insulting her and her business for bringing it back and telling her it doesn't drive right WHICH SHE TOLD ME TO DO, and she had the audacity to get aggressive with me, standing up getting out of her chair pointing her finger at me. I tell her not to get aggressive with me and she has the audacity to say I'm being aggressive as she now gets in my face yelling at me finger in my face. All I wanted was to bring it back and have it figured out what was wrong now. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible business. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, being cussed at and chewed out and even when that happened I've never treated a customer that way. I wasn't being rude to you until you decided to treat me like that. Awful and you should be ashamed.

I…read morecalled Tony to explain and when I told him the price he was immediately sympathetic and told me I could bring it in the next week and he would see what he could do for far far less. I dropped my car off the night before as I work during his hours and received a call after just a couple hours of the shop being open. Tony informed me that there was nothing wrong with my car at all and he could not see a leak that the other place had be speaking to. He said he could keep my car and continue to do tests throughout the day including a drive test. He never found anything wrong with me car so I was 100% scammed by this other place and Tony saved the day. Tony saved me $1,000 in repairs on something that did not need to be repaired and was very honest about the whole process and called me every couple hours as he could tell I was very nervous since I had just been scammed by another place. I needed new tires and he got me an AMAZING deal on tires and charged very little for installation and got rid of my old (very beat up) tires for me for free. Tony is AWESOME and I will be a loyal customer for life
