They said the latch to my hood was broken so they can't change my oil and i need it taken to a dealership so they can remove my front bumper to fix the latch. I drove to another valvoline to get a second opinion before I took it to ford and the guy literally said "yeah, whoever did it last must've broke it". I said "well the valvoline on E Kalamazoo did it last?" and he said I should call and make a damage claim. I now get to pay around $500 dollars to fix THEIR mistake from messing up my hood. I called damage claim and she couldn't find me anywhere in their system (even looking up my VIN number) so I had to go back to get proof they worked on my car. This is a huge expensive mess and I would never recommend going here.

But, none of my debit cards worked. How embarrassing! The man that had greeted me said, it's ok. I had $100 on me. But not the remaining $70. He said, give me some sort of ID or something and return later with the rest. I had found out later that my accounts had been drained and over drafted more that 2k. Identity theft is real people! Nearly a month later (as a retired Vet I only get paid once a month) I went back to settle my balance. When I walked in, the same man was there. He handed my Military ID back to me and said, don't worry about the $70. He said, the owner had come in just after you left. He told me the owner would forgive the $70. Because of my Military Service. Wow Many businesses have Military Discounts and I appreciate that. But this act of kindness took my breath away. His generosity helped me more than he knew. My heart is still banging. Thank you! I will remain a loyal customer for life. Obviously, I recommend this location.

The facility is really clean and organized, the lobby is comfortable (with AC and free WiFi!), and all 3 employees were so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Anthony greeted me when I first pulled up for my oil change and was extremely helpful. He checked my lights and tire pressure. I ended up also getting my brakes replaced because I was planning to do that anyway and had no idea that was something Jiffy Lube offered! The price is great too. Sometimes I feel like mechanics and oil change places are pushy or try to upsell me but I didn't get that here at all. Ivo did a great job replacing my oil and Tamia simultaneously worked on replacing my air filter and then helped close me out while the other two finished my tire rotation. Everyone seemed to work really well as a team and it was one of the fastest and most efficient services I've ever had. 10/10 recommend this place if you want fast and courteous service from employees who really care about both your vehicle and making sure you have a positive experience!

I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. Last 2 times I paid for the tire/wheel wipe (really just a tire wipe), and had to pull off the side as they didn't hear the buzzer at the end, and of course, dong it as quickly as possible, not well. The hand "drying" at the end, is really just a minor wipe down. They do not make sure the windows are clear, or mirrors. Imagine telling your kids to clean the bathroom when they are 10, that is about the effort given here. I would say the wash overall was good, the employee interaction, meh or even less. It seems to be getting worse too....I work near here, so I see them all day.
