They said the latch to my hood was broken so they can't change my oil and i need it taken to a dealership so they can remove my front bumper to fix the latch. I drove to another valvoline to get a second opinion before I took it to ford and the guy literally said "yeah, whoever did it last must've broke it". I said "well the valvoline on E Kalamazoo did it last?" and he said I should call and make a damage claim. I now get to pay around $500 dollars to fix THEIR mistake from messing up my hood. I called damage claim and she couldn't find me anywhere in their system (even looking up my VIN number) so I had to go back to get proof they worked on my car. This is a huge expensive mess and I would never recommend going here.

The facility is really clean and organized, the lobby is comfortable (with AC and free WiFi!), and all 3 employees were so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Anthony greeted me when I first pulled up for my oil change and was extremely helpful. He checked my lights and tire pressure. I ended up also getting my brakes replaced because I was planning to do that anyway and had no idea that was something Jiffy Lube offered! The price is great too. Sometimes I feel like mechanics and oil change places are pushy or try to upsell me but I didn't get that here at all. Ivo did a great job replacing my oil and Tamia simultaneously worked on replacing my air filter and then helped close me out while the other two finished my tire rotation. Everyone seemed to work really well as a team and it was one of the fastest and most efficient services I've ever had. 10/10 recommend this place if you want fast and courteous service from employees who really care about both your vehicle and making sure you have a positive experience!

I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. I feel the cost of the work was very fair and will have the continue with the other things we found and put on hold. Great business!

Last 2 times I paid for the tire/wheel wipe (really just a tire wipe), and had to pull off the side as they didn't hear the buzzer at the end, and of course, dong it as quickly as possible, not well. The hand "drying" at the end, is really just a minor wipe down. They do not make sure the windows are clear, or mirrors. Imagine telling your kids to clean the bathroom when they are 10, that is about the effort given here. I would say the wash overall was good, the employee interaction, meh or even less. It seems to be getting worse too....I work near here, so I see them all day.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They used to be a reputable place. Not…read moreany more. I took it in for electrical problems. They told me I needed a new starter, so I had them replace it. They also said the brake pedal went too low, so brakes needed to be bled and refill fluid. Didn't change the pedal at all. They also told me we needed a new battery. Yeah, no kidding! The battery in the vehicle when I took it in was less than a year old. Funny how when I got it back, the battery in it now was 1 1/2 years old and wouldn't hold a charge. Since they stole my good battery and gave me a bad one, I couldn't even get Autozone to exchange it because it was some off brand I never heard of. It cost me another $180 to replace what they stole. VERY SHADY operation. Go somewhere else and save yourself a ton of hassle and money. Oh, the electrical problem never got fixed. But they charged me to diagnose and do nothing for it. The vehicle wouldn't even start when I picked it up. Dead battery. Again! I took it to someone else who actually KNEW what he was doing and got the electrical fixed. What a waste of time and money!
