Highly recommend these guys! Today was my first time using them as my old mechanic closed down. I was having issues with some noise from my car. Debbie at the front desk was very helpful getting me scheduled and answering my questions. They were able to get me in two days after I called. The day I was scheduled, they called me 30 minutes after they opened and let me know. It seemed to just be something rubbing on my rotor they did some work to stop the rubbing. When I showed up to pick up my car, Craig explained exactly what it was to where I understood it even though I am clueless about cars and they did not charge me a dime. They were very open and honest and obviously not money hungry which seems to be hard to find in the auto repair business. I will be going there for any of my other car service needs. read more

This place has extremely knowledgeable mechanics. They were able to get me in quickly for my car issues and the services they provided were quick and reasonably priced. I appreciate that they take the time to explain the issues with my car to me every time I get a service done. They do not try to make me get more services than I need but do give me recommendations for ways to improve my vehicles performance! read more

I was on the hunt for a new garage after "my mechanic" retired. A couple of co-workers recommended I go here. It was great from start to finish. Jeff spent a lot of time with me in the phone when I was setting up my appointment to get a sense of the issues. Within a couple of hours ahead dropping off my car, Craig had emailed me a full diagnosis (including pictures of my busted radiator). I never felt pressured or upsold. If You're bored, have some free time, and aren't to concerned with getting your car fixed, head on down to Randall Automotive and listen to the owner give five minute answers to yes or no questions. Incredible and HONEST people who work here. I'm an 18 year old girl who they easily could've charged me for whatever they wanted to, but they were nothing but helpful and honest. I had thought my starter was busted ($350 fix) yet they called me back telling me my starter was fine, just need a new battery ($100 fix). They told me exactly what was wrong with my car and a trick on fixing it without having to spend over $500. They could've easily gotten $800+ from me in work+parts, but they were honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They were very very helpful and I will be taking my car here from now on. It's a bit far from where I live, but very worth the drive!!! I will reccomend this place to everyone. read more

This place is super well organized, professional, pleasant and competent. Awesome communication of diagnostics, just tap the link in the message they send. Also messaging for appointment reminders. But beyond that, they go just above and beyond. I lost an important envelope the day I dropped off my car and came back in looking for it. Craig cared enough to get on the computer and go through his security camera footage, and found the moment I dropped the envelope. I still couldn't find it because it was a windy day. He continued looking through footage of various cameras until he saw it blow under a car on the far side of the lot, and showed me which wheel it had gotten stuck under. I NEVER would have found it without his help!! After those repairs were done I still had a weird noise. I took it back and they resolved the issue for no further charge. A month or so after that, a heat shield came loose under the car. They scheduled me fast, repaired it in minutes, and again did not charge me. Bring your car here! read more

I am from out of town and heard a severe grinding in my rear drivers side tire. I came into their shop and they looked at for free and told me what the issue was. They assured me it wasn't anything major and I would be fine getting to my destination. They also told me they didn't like to work on imports but did give me some referrals. Even though I never had any work done I give them 5 stars! They were honest and didn't even charge me to diagnose the problem. I just wish they were available in my town. read more
