I have nothing but good things to say about O'Donnell's repair. We have brought our car to them for…read moreone major engine repair, a suspension replacement in the front, and a simple blower motor replacement. Each repair was on a separate occasion so we have had the pleasure of doing business with them repeat times. And we will continue to use them. O'Donnells consistently gets right on repairing our car the moment we bring it in. The major engine repair was completed in less than a day's time. This repair was to re-thread the head to accept a replacement rocker arm bolt. This is no simple task, and their ability to complete the job was about 6 hours. And they did this at a relatively cheap cost which enabled us to get down the road again for many miles until we could have the heads or motor replaced. The second repair was a front shock/strut replacement and alignment, we had called around for price/time quotes. O'Donnells quote came in at the lowest cost with the highest quality parts and the time to complete the job was 2.5 hours from the time we placed the phone call to them till the car was ready to be delivered to us. Nothing short of a small miracle considering this was road-caused damage to the vehicle and what we considered an emergency repair. O'Donnells also saw this as an emergency when it came in and put us back on the road immediately. And the third repair was fairly simple blower motor malfunction. They had us in and out in a short visit. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They follow through and make sure you are happy afterwards as well. Family owned as well. And I have met the owner, who asked us ways to improve his business even though his service was on par with the highest we have ever seen from a car repair shop.
