After spending too much at the local Audi dealer, I turned to the guys at Redline for maintenance and repair work, including oil changes, scheduled maintenance, new brakes and rotors, headlights, and new wheel bearings. Nick (the service manager) is very friendly, honest and helpful. The repair work was SIGNIFICANTLY less than at the local Audi dealer I had used. (Case in point: $40 for a lightbulb at Redline, $140 at Williams Audi). Nick also offered good advice on what maintenance needs to be performed, what doesn't need to be done, and what I should do to maintain my car in the future. The only downsides are that it's sometimes tough to get an appointment right away and scheduled maintenance costs about the same as the dealer. Also, there's not a shuttle service like you might find at a dealer. Otherwise, Redline is great, and I definitely trust them with my car.

I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. I feel the cost of the work was very fair and will have the continue with the other things we found and put on hold. Great business!

They said the latch to my hood was broken so they can't change my oil and i need it taken to a dealership so they can remove my front bumper to fix the latch. I drove to another valvoline to get a second opinion before I took it to ford and the guy literally said "yeah, whoever did it last must've broke it". I said "well the valvoline on E Kalamazoo did it last?" and he said I should call and make a damage claim. I now get to pay around $500 dollars to fix THEIR mistake from messing up my hood. I called damage claim and she couldn't find me anywhere in their system (even looking up my VIN number) so I had to go back to get proof they worked on my car. This is a huge expensive mess and I would never recommend going here.
