I mean, this is stuff from my parents' age where the Mechanic calls and tells you what's wrong and what it's going to cost and then asks "would you like for us to go ahead and fix it?" before anything is done to your vehicle. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer.
