awhile back they did a repair after hitting a deer with my jeep, since then my air bag light was coming on, I refused to take it back to them because I had a bad experience with one of their inside write up personal, so I took it to Champion Chrysler and they said it looked like the work on the air bag was not done correctly and possibly not replaced and the wiring harness still had evidence of damage, now I'm trying to get AAA to work with Champion to correct the problem. Thanks Driven but you probably just cost me another $2000+ out of my pocket. read more

Amazing amazing shop! Great people to work with, honest and straight forward. Accidents are stressful and a pain but Joe made this a worry free situation. I hit a rather large Deer which did quite a bit of damage to the front of my vehicle, and it happened to be the first and hopefully only Deer accident I have or involved in, AND my vehicle was less than 8 months old. I researched Body Shops, read reviews, and secured 3 estimates and found Driven Collision to be the TOP SHOP in my opinion. "Very" pleased with the repairs made because I cannot tell my vehicle was damaged. It is often stated that your repair paint will not match with the original paint, NOT so in my case because the paint job matches perfectly. I also appreciated the fact of how the Body Shop kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle almost every other day. my vehicle was hit be a big rock from a semi passing beside me. It put a 3 to 4 inch dent & scratch in my vehicle then skipped up to the top of my window & roof where they meet. Dented both. Brought it to Driven Collisio, talked with Joe and he checked it out set up time when I could bring it in then walked me around the whole body shop/paint areas. he asked me if he could keep me updated every step of the way. I said of course. He did just that. It was like nothing happened when I picked it up. They even cleaned the inside and washed my SUV. Everyone there was so professional and courteous. UPDATE: Had another car accident December 4th, just a fender bender, but I knew this was the place to go from my last amazing experience! They went above and beyond for me, and I can't thank them enough! Joe, Steve, Robin, & the whole crew are wonderful people! The rough part was my insurance... State Farm messed up so much and these people went though so many hoops to make sure I was in a car and had my Jeep back as soon as it was possible. First off, they paid for my rental car - since somehow State Farm took it off my policy - which I had to use for 2 weeks, then when we were all still waiting on State Farm - I ended up returning the rental to enterprise to save Joe&Steve money while I was on Christmas vacation. When I came back, sadly insurance company still couldn't figure their stuff out, so Robin was sooooo kind enough to let me use her personal car as a loner while mine gets completed. I really cannot thank these people enough, everyone needs to go to Driven Collision!!! I brought my Equinox to them for repair from an accident. When they got into they found some more issues so it took a little longer than estimated. Since they gave me a free loaner it was pain free. They communicate with you all along they way. Even sent me a text when parts were in. This is a great local business and Joe, the owner, is an honest and genuine person. The entire vehicle inside, out, front to back was detailed and I mean spotless, which is not how I gave it to them. I'm an older guy who has had more than 30 cars. I've had several interactions with body shops through the years. I would put Driven Collision at the top of my list! I highly recommend them. read more

I have mixed feelings about Driven Collision. My service before and while my car was in their shop was great. After I got my car back, it seems like they did not care as much. This was my first accident that required extensive repair to the front bumper. Driven Collision was very accommodating and offered us a tour of their shop. It was very clean with what sounded like state of the art technology. With the holidays, my car took about 2 weeks to repair. While my car was in the shop, they offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge. The loaner car I got was a 2017 Chevy Malibu and it worked very well. We just had 2 or 3 issues with the car. After getting my car back and driving 500 feet from the parking lot, I noticed the TPMS light was on and went straight back. The light was not on when I took the car in. They stated that I should drive the car for a bit and call back the next day if the light was still on. The next day came around and the light was still on. I called them, like they instructed, and they stated that I should take it to a mechanic and if they found something and it was related to the accident the insurance would cover it, otherwise, I would have to cover it. They did not seem concerned at all about the situation. I brought in the car to Driven Collision without a TPMS light on and it came back with the TPMS light on, therefore it must have happened while my car was at their shop. They did not seem to want to take any responsibility in the situation. I took the tire to Discount Tire and they found a small leak in the tire cause by a small pin or screw. They fixed it free of charge. Other than the tire, I noticed a slight difference in the paint color, granted it could never be perfect. read more

The best collision shop ever. If you talk to Joe personally, he will be sure to take care of you. The staff is super friendly and they usually have loner cars. I went to a repair shop in Detroit and they fixed my bumper incorrectly. When I left the shop it was lifted and it was something they said could not be fixed. In addition, the paint was already smeared. When Driven fixed my bumper nothing was lifted and the paint job was spotless. Highly recommended . read more

Brought my truck into them on January 12th after I was involved in an accident. Was told that I can pick my truck up in about 2 weeks. Went to pick vehicle up on January 30th and thought my truck was pick up. one of the guys there named Joe told me that my truck was finished and all the scans that showed up had been cleared off. I went out and inspected my vehicle and it looked good. Started my truck up and tried to leave the parking lot when I noticed that the stabilitrack that was damaged in the accident was not fixed. I immediately went back into the shop and told what was going on. Joe proceeded to tell me he thought it was an incorrect scan and had somebody check it again. Then for whatever reason he figured out that it was something that shouldve been fixed in the first place before it was given back to me.
