The first shop I visited wasn't comfortable with the diagnostic codes and recommended I go to a Honda dealership. Unfortunately, extending my trip to wait for a dealership appointment wasn't an option. That's when I called Handz On Foreign Auto Care and spoke with Chris, the owner. He patiently talked me through my panic, explained possible causes, and went above and beyond to come in on a Saturday afternoon to help his technician ensure my car was safe for the road. Not only was the service professional and compassionate, but the price for an emergency weekend repair was incredibly fair and comparable to what I would pay at home on a weekday. I left feeling confident in the work and incredibly grateful for their integrity and care. Highly recommend Handz On for anyone needing honest, skilled service in a pinch.

The day I was scheduled, they called me 30 minutes after they opened and let me know. It seemed to just be something rubbing on my rotor they did some work to stop the rubbing. When I showed up to pick up my car, Craig explained exactly what it was to where I understood it even though I am clueless about cars and they did not charge me a dime. They were very open and honest and obviously not money hungry which seems to be hard to find in the auto repair business. I will be going there for any of my other car service needs.

My daughter's car was towed in for an evaluation and I got a call from Rod the co-owner of RMB. Not only did he tell me what he thought was wrong with the car , but he said it in a way I could understand it, and quoted me a great price! I am an educated, professional woman, but I know nothing about cars and I am sick of auto repair places that tell you something that you can't understand and get condescending when you ask them to explain (" it's OK little lady I'll take care of it")....and dealers are cost prohibitive. When I told Rod I appreciated the fact that he explained everything in plain English that I could understand, he informed me that his wife Maria (the other half of RMB) was responsible for that. Maria made him call back a client and explain after she overheard him on the phone with the woman. Thank you Maria. So to get to the point of this review....I like this couple, the repairs are a reasonable price and very good. I walked out of the shop and felt as though I had been treated fairly.....and not taken for a ride.
