    Double Salmon Poke Bowl
    Donovan G.

I was only in Seattle for six days on a work trip and this quickly became my go-to dinner after work. I always ordered the double salmon poke bowl anywhere!! it was fresh, light, healthy and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect meal after a long day when I wanted something satisfying without feeling too full before bed. The quality of the fish was consistently excellent the staff was friendly and the service was fast.

Super fast and delicious roll! Quiet but went around 6pm. Plenty of rolls to try next time I'm in the area!

Good start when checking out a new place.

Great little find near the Seattle convention center. Fresh sushi and beer (though the beer could have been a little colder or they could provide chilled beer mugs). Overall a good sushi experience and a place I would come back to.

I had an amazing dinner here. The service from Intan, James and John was phenomenal. We had the Lemon Salmon Roll and the Philly Crunch Roll and they were outstanding. Honestly the best sushi I've had in a while!

Popped in here to meet some friends before a movie screening at Pacific Place one evening. It was a small place and pretty quiet. I wasn't sure what to expect since I had not heard of this sushi spot before. It looked more like a casual lunch spot and probably popular for takeout. However, I was very impressed by the presentation and the taste of the sushi. I ordered a miso soup and a godzilla roll. The roll was pretty well sized and came with 8 pieces. The fish was so fresh! Also the toppings are all on point. 10/10 sushi. I would totally come here again. Not for a date night or anything fancy, but its great for a quick bite if you're in the area and crazing some sushi.

If you are like me and crave sushi everyday for lunch downtown but are tired of the PCC selection, I highly recommend KAS! The prices are very reasonable and comparable to PCC, but higher quality. I ordered the chirashi bowl and was impressed with the flavors, and amount of fish given for about $26. Their location is convenient on 7th and pine, and they were very quick to have my take-out order ready 15 minutes before the online ordering app said they would. I can't speak much to the ambience since I ordered take-out, but the restaurant appeared clean, and was not busy around 11:30 AM on a Monday.

The food (sushi) was good. I like the Jessica Alba Roll. It was very flavorful and delicious. The service was good too.

Beautiful and appetizing presentation, the food was ok, the service was lacking. Had a bottle of the Koshihikari Echigo beer, which was a bit malty for me, but still good. Near our hotel and centrally located. We got unagi sushi, dragon roll and California roll. Fresh fish, but standard fair. I would have given it 4 stars but it was near impossible to get the attention of the waiter to order more food and to pay. We went up to the counter, we yelled to try to get attention, to no avail. Perhaps because we were the only people in the restaurant, they were in the back, but it didn't leave us with the best experience.

Located at the block with Grand Hyatt Hotel right next to valet entrance. I was so impressed with the beautiful artistry display of my sushi from Kas. Absolutely beautiful! The place is casual - counter ordering. Menu is vast with sushi rolls / hand rolls / poke and sushi bowls to a few cooked items like karaage chicken and gyoza. The cuts of fish are fresh and sizable! Great spot when you're in the area of downtown Seattle. Service was fast!

Clean and fast. Chirashi was the best, fish was fresh and presentation was awesome. Solid value for the money . Will be back (maybe tomorrow)!

Jessica Albacore roll, mayo on the side, and a salmon hand roll!

Was starving and wanted some sushi and was in luck this place was right under my hotel! Walked in and it was a clean quiet restaurant, I beat the evening rush. The server was wonderful, always smiling and also had a great personality, but the best part about her was her amazing service. Orders were handled quickly and delivered with swiftness. Everything tasted amazing and the plating was awesome! Standout was the Jessica Albacore roll, I added a salmon hand roll. 10/10! Everything was perfect and I left happy and satisfied. This place is a hidden gem

Walked by and wanted a poke bowl. Didn't wait too long to get my Pokebowl and Eel sushi. Those fish pieces in the poke bowl were largest I have ever had. Fresh and tasty. Eel sushi was great too. Services were warm and nice.

Friendly folks greet folks at the around the corner from the convention center sushi spot. We had a few bowls that were quite creative. A casual place.

Where do I even start?…read more I feel blessed to live down the street from Fish Guys. You've no doubt heard how killer the poke is, that's why you're here on Yelp. Well, let me tell you - the hype is real! You can't go wrong with any option, but my personal favorite is the spicy salmon. And that's just the tip of the iceberg, my friends. Smoked salmon belly bowl is to die for. Same with the eel. So are ALL of the sushi bombs. Did I mention the smoked salmon mac salad is the undisputed king of mac salads? Don't even get me started on Sal's specials. From the crab rolls, to the Salmon Sinigang - the lunch options just don't miss. All of the smoked salmon is some of the best I've had in my 15 years living in Seattle. Especially the salmon jerky. I put the smoked fish up there with the best in PNW. All of the seafood here is so fresh, no matter what you're looking for you're getting the best the city has to offer. The staff are all amazing at what they do and are so friendly. You can tell they really love what they are doing and that speaks to how great the owners are. Love supporting good businesses. One trip and it won't be long before you have a new go-to take out spot and you'll be rocking fish guys gear. Trust me, just go...now.

This was at 12:30PM and there was a long line out the door and around the corner, taking almost 30 minutes. I had previously visited on a rainy winter weekday for lunch and there wasn't a line at all. What a difference the day and weather can make! While in line we could see the chefs cutting up ahi fresh right in front. The longer line gave me time to chat with the owner as he was trimming off the skin and other bits. I learned that tuna skin is much tougher than salmon skin so can't be eaten like salmon skin chips. He also said that the trimmed parts can be taken for free if anyone wants them. Apparently they make good crab bait! Medium w/ Rice, Traditional Limu Ahi, Hamachi, Mac Salad ($21.50) - I love the Hamachi poke mix. It's fresh, tender, and buttery fish tossed in a creamy and slightly spicy sauce, filled with little briny pearls and plenty of aromatics giving a super umami bite. The Limu Ahi is very fresh as well - I mean, it's sliced right in front, and there's so much turnover of the food that's it's pretty much guaranteed fresh. The tuna is fresh and tender, but there's noticeably more sinew compared to the hamachi. The Mac Salad is also really good. It's super creamy and the macaroni isn't overcooked so it still has some bite. The rice is unfortunately the weakest item in the bowl. It's a little too dry for my tastes and is only lightly tossed with rice vinegar, giving a tangy flavor. Overall all the poke is fresh, the flavors all meld together into a delightful balanced bite, and the sauces are not overwhelming. Ono Poke definitely serves some great poke! The sweet taste of the seaweed balanced out the spicy of the Albacore. You get a lot of rice with decent amount of poke. You should be full at the end of the meal. I could not finish all my rice. I don't think getting a large worth the extra $$ as not much extra poke unless you want more rice. Price is a bit high in my opinion given amount of poke one gets but poke is fresh. Also no toppings like other poke places. I also got a Ahi Tuna Poke BOM and it was too much. That would be a good meal by itself. Once again, not much Poke but a good amount of rice wrapped in a sweat tofu skin.

As for the food, my boy enjoyed the katsu bowl, as for the chirashi bowls, the fish was at a good cool temperature and the rice was perfectly warm - something that real sushi restaurants understand.
