Ok im gonna make a long story kinda short and sweet to the point. My wife and I were throwing around the idea of going solar once we moved into the new house. We were both skeptical about the whole process and if it would be worth it and all the other worries that come along with such a big purchase and change. After doing lots of research and reading many reviews we narrowed it down to 3 companies SunPower being one of the three. The first two companies seemed ok and had mixed reviews but when we sat down and finally got to meet Egor from SunPower/Kamtech we were totally comfortable and just had a good feeling about Egor; which by the way he had awesome reviews from many many people so getting to meet the actual person that people raved about was quite comforting. Egor laid out the details and the steps that we would be going through, from the actual design, to how many panels we would need and be able to accommodate right up to installation. Every person that came to the house were courteous and professional. On the day of install the men came from Kamtech right on time and in maybe 4-5 hours the system was up and running. They showed me the app to download and set me up so I could see everything happening right from my phone. Next; all inspections were done and just like that we were being powered by solar. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I've had with a big company, everybody involved was right on the money. My Parents had the Solar Panels and a new roof install about a year ago. Natalie who's a Solar Analyst came to the house to explain the details about the solar panels and new roof. Not only does she speak English, but she also speaks Spanish which was a plus for my Parents. She is very professional, friendly, detail oriented. In addition to those things she's also very well organized because recently my Parents needed certain documents and she provided those documents within a day. The employees are also a team player because my Parents needed a document with specific information on it and I heard in the background Randy who works in the back office processing paperwork telling Natalie that he would look for it and email it without Natalie asking him to do so. Kamtech provided me with a 100% of electric design where other bids were for 60% or they said my roof was not usable. All work done well including survey, engineering, installation and electrical. I'm very happy with the results. I have a steep, dormered roof so it was not going to be very easy. Also, they listened to my suggestion to use part of the roof that didn't appear in the original satellite design. After first month (May), I generated slightly over 100% of my net usage! As a customer you should figure out if you want wifi or cabled internet connection for monitoring and make arrangements either to get the wifi accessories or get the internet cable in place to where the inverter will be before the installation day. read more

We got Solar panels at my home and office 4 years apart. I have studied the whole system and have chosen the best monocrystalline panels in the market-Sunpower. My installer at my home was good, but the way Kamtech handled my whole job was THE BEST. Ronnie is so personal in the way he dealt with the whole installation and thereafter. Even to this day I can reach him directly and he takes care. I also got the best price as I had 3 estimates and even without asking I got the best price!!! I've had the system for 3 months so far and it's amazing. Starting with the salesperson who is an engineer and not necessarily a salesperson. He didn't try to upsell me and he was able to explain every aspect of the equipment. They also take care of all the paperwork by making sure I will receive every tax credit I am eligible for.
