Completely dissatisfied with this place! I was overcharged on margarita flights and noticed the next day. I double checked the menu online and she up-charged the drinks by $15 each! That's just unacceptable and if the prices are actually that they need to be updated online. Not only that I tried calling the restaurant to try and get ahold of a manager and each time I called they kept saying they weren't in. It's completely misleading and unreasonable for to be charged a higher amount than to still not be able to get in contact with them about this situation. Service was also not good. Do not go unless you would like to be scammed, who knows how many others this has happened to. I'd really appreciate a refund on the whole order due to this inconvenience. read more

This location is new & they might be still working out some things. I ordered a drink, and hated the black salt on it. Very salty. My bf got a burrito that I didn't like. He said food is way better everywhere else. The Lomo saltado was good. The meat was tender & flavorful. It lacked the green Peruvian sauce. Sweet potatoes in it was a different touch. Great space for this new restaurant! The colors are beautiful! It has a nice open space inside for seating along with the bar. There is outside seating overlooking the street and it also has access to the bar from the outside which is really cool. They had a great happy hour. Monday through Friday 3 to 7 PM. It would be nice if they had the information written down to share. It didn't stop the happy hour though ha ha. I'm gonna have to make it back for the endless mimosas on Saturday and Sunday because it's such a great space and phenomenal customer service. They have an abundance of staff, that really make things seamless. They are a well oiled machine. The entire staff looks so happy, they were welcoming and friendly. Service was incredible with Jersey as our waitress. She made our experience wonderful, and one to remember. Jersey is an OG in the service industry and you can tell. She is a people person and loves what she does. She made it such a fun night. I definitely have to come back for more celebrations at this place, because the whole staff came out, including the head chef to celebrate our birthday! It is definitely a go to place for any celebration. The food and drink were freshly made and came out in a timely fashion. El Chupacabra Margarita Refreshing drink, lime juice, Agua de Jamaica with black salt on the rim and dried flowers on top. How do they stay in business? Popped in for taco Tuesday at 8:45 Mind you they close at 10. Waited at the host desk for at least five minutes no greet no acknowledgment just people walking by. I had to ask the taco lady if they were still open and if they were still serving food since no one acknowledged us. She then proceeded to say I'm not sure what they're doing or what's going on. I finally caught the attention of someone working here which she told me to continue to hold on. Are tacos good sure , are they cheap as hell yes do you feel at home and well taken care of with the most upmost customer service NO. Just a few miles down there is Los Panchos never disappoints. My family and I enjoyed it .They had eggs, tamales, tacos, sweet bread, hot chocolate, a variety of pasties and food. I also visited their Temecula location: was not a fan. The service was good and also their michelada. Not their wet burrito or regular burrito it was lacking flavor. Aguachiles also lacked flavor it was spicy but not much flavor. The food was still good, but the margaritas were pretty watered down, and the service was lacking. My kids were being a bit rambunctious that day, but we were keeping them in Check. Still, I felt like we were tucked in at a table in the back when there were plenty of empty tables around. As a result, flagging our server down was not easy, and he didn't check in on us all that often even though we had things we wanted to order or needed more of. We celebrated my mom's birthday on Sunday, and OMG the brunch was ridiculous. The food was horrible and looked unappealing. Small amounts of dried out food in large chafing dishes, with a film on top. Nothing was appealing or satisfying. I can't say anything positive about the food. I came here for happy hour on a Friday and was able to sit at the bar top. The view from the bar was amazing. Seeing the sun set over the mountains from the bar was beautiful. I had their La Klavera margarita and 3 soft tacos from the happy hour menu. Our drinks and food came quickly. I feel like the La Klavera is this version of a basic margarita, which is exactly what I was wanting so it hit the spot. I was surprised by the tacos. It was a decent amount of food for me and I feel that that price was reasonable. Overall a great happy hour experience and a nice ambience. I'm giving a 4 instead of 5 because I have been here once before for a sit down experience. Typically most sit down Mexican spots offer you chips and salsa... not here, which was surprising for the price you're paying We ordered a mixture of two asada tacos, one chicken, a carnitas and two chicharron tacos. The asada and carnitas were decent, the chicken was dry AF, and the chicharron was BOMB! They messed up one of our taco orders... literally took it back to the chef to "verify" it was wrong and then brought it back to us and said we could keep it and it was comped?? Literally made no sense... our waiter obviously knew what we ordered and should've had it fixed before it even came out I'm torn to recommend this place or come back because there was a few decent parts that were good, but some others that really weren't.
