I had an excellent experience bringing my Jeep here for repairs. The team really worked with me throughout the process and was thorough, efficient, detailed and genuinely friendly. I felt well informed and confident that the work was being handled carefully. It is a tremendous relief to find an auto repair shop you can trust. Ten out of ten--I highly recommend them. read more

Friendly staff and very helpful and professional. They had great communication with my insurance company. They kept me informed through out the entire process. Great job guys. read more

Had a small amount of self-inflicted damage that I didn't want to run through insurance, so came to Kaizen to see what they could do. Curtis was super friendly and helpful. I went forward and they finished the work quickly and it came in for less than the estimate. Highly recommended! read more

I brought a bent RV door hinge to be straightened. I received a call about two hours later to say it was done. I picked it up and it had been successfully repaired. When I went to pay for it I was told there was no charge for such a small job. I have seldom experienced such kindness from a business in my lifetime. I cannot recommend Kaizen Collision more highly. read more

Incredible service through and through. Even though we desired the bare minimum fix, Roberto ensured the car was up to personal standards. He even got the price reduced significantly from the estimated value. Overall, Kaizen is an excellent place to get a car fixed. read more

Well, I wrecked up the front driver side of my 2016 jeep. I took it to Montes Auto Body, WOW, such a great job with all the repairs. Looks better then when i bought it. This place is outstanding in the quality of work they do and the workers in this place are so informative and friendly. Especially Roberto, gave me the updates i asked for. They really did a great job on my jeep and they did it alot faster than i was expecting. Thank You to all the workers at Montes Auto Body. From Marc and Krystal read more

Desiree and Raz treated me like gold. They were both highly professional and completed the body work swiftly. I could never find a lower price. I would easily use them again. They simply are the best! read more

I have AAA insurance and after a minor fender bender, AAA recommended a body shop in Santa Barbara. I drove all the way down there and they said they'd get back to me with an estimate in 48 hours. A week went by, two and then finally three weeks and nothing from the body shop! I figured it was time to choose my own body shop and Monte's came highly recommended. I mostly worked with Dale but all the guys at Monte's were wonderful! So friendly and on top of things. They had the estimate to my insurance the same day and got approval immediately - which was especially impressive considering claim adjuster was on vacation and they switched the file between a few different people. Dale was very thorough and even with their needing to order extra parts, I still got my car back at the time promised. My car was thoroughly cleaned and looked like new! I'm so happy with the service I received at Monte's and, although I hope not to need their services again, I'd call them again in a heartbeat. read more

Monte's service and staff are fantastic the quality of work is very high. There is no reason to travel out of the area for body work when we have a high quality body shop to isn't here in the Santa Ynez valley. Roberto is very knowledgeable and honest! read more

Very sad service, I called today to bring my Harley in to them to fix a 3 inch scratch on the paint and the person refused to deal with it. Sad very poor customer service, and as a business owner I'm shocked I was treated this way. Chris Hecker read more

Long story short, my friend and I were in Solvang on our way for some wine tasting when we got rear-ended by another car. My friends car's bumper was torn off along with a bunch if other damage. Anyways, the tow truck driver dropped us off at Montes. Everyone is super nice there. They helped my friend call her insurance and get everything situated. They explained everything to her about what was going to happen to her car and everything. Though I can't comment on the work they do, if they do half as good a job as they do taking care if their customers then I five them 5 stars. read more

I'm always dubious of reviews because I always wonder if the review was written by someone from that business to make themselves look good, but here it goes anyway.... I brought my car into Monte's after hitting a opossum going 70 mph on the highway. It tore off the entire front portion of my car, the under portion (splash guard), and wheel well (all plastic components). The insurance company claim adjuster wrote up the claim for after-market parts. Monte's was able to get the actual parts from Lexus at the same price! Ordered them on Thursday, got them on Monday, and the Car was ready on Thursday. It took all of one week! Awesome! They cleaned my car up looking better than when it went in. I had some adhesive from a sticker I pulled off of my window (not in any way associated with the accident). They cleaned that up without me asking. They went above and beyond. My car looks perfect. I strongly recommend Monte's Auto Body. read more

I just had my Ram pickup repaired at Monte's. As usual the work they did was outstanding, on time, and on budget. Antonio was very easy to work with, he even pointed out another problem after I dropped it off which they fixed. I have had several opportunities to use their service and there is no where else I go for my auto body repair needs. read more

Amazing service and professionalism!! Definitely recommend for any repairs, big or small! It took less than a week to order the part I needed and they fixed my car in a timely fashion. read more

Stop reading yelp and take your car here. The service is top notch and Raz is the BEST. I took my car in (it was pretty messed up) and they made it look like nothing happened, all while trying to minimize costs for me since I was paying out of pocket. HANDS DOWN, MONTE'S IS THE BEST AUTO BODY PLACE read more

I highly recommend Monte's. They are true professionals and what is most important is you can trust them. That is so hard to find these days. They will make an assessment and give you options if there are any. They are up front about everything and will keep in communication with you. I hope I never have to see them again but if I do I will not hesitate to go back. Don't look any further - these are the guys you want working on your car. read more

Impressive service and professionalism! I live in Santa Maria and work at Vandenberg AFB. When the belly of my vehicle was recently damaged on Vandenberg AFB by a defective steel ballard cover that was bent and stuck open by the vehicle in front of me, I was determined to send my car to Monte's because of the raving reviews from my Lompoc friends. The competition didn't have a great reputation regarding customer service -- and I wanted both excellent body work AND customer service. Well, my car has been in the shop for a week now and I'm to pick it up tomorrow. I have to say, the regular detailed status updates from Bonnie have been a pleasure! She even invited me over to see the lifted car last week to have all the damage explained to me. I was impressed with the facility. It was clean, uncluttered and all employees were in uniform. I've never once had to call about anything because Bonnie kept me in the loop from day one and always encouraged me to call with questions. read more

Absolutely amazing service on my car which was backed into. Needed a lot done on the front including things such as a new hood, grill, headlight, paint, ect. In the end the front of the car looked basically newer than before. You would never know anything ever happened to it. Extremely friendly people and overall smooth experience. Very thankful. read more

Buellton is a small town, but these people would be the best in town just about anywhere. No matter how much you know, or don't know, about cars and repairs, they walk you patiently and thoroughly through everything that could influence your choices. As it turned out, the insurance co. totaled my car and Monte's didn't make a nickel off all the time they spent with me. But they still treated me like a valued customer all the way. Thanks, Roberto and Ras! read more

I was so glad when my Insurance Adjuster told me that my car would be repaired by Monte's Auto Body because they are the best Auto Body company around. They repaired another car that I had which was severely damaged and it looked like new when I got it back. I expect the same in this go around. The people who work there are just so friendly and courteous. Also, my Boss owns a number of motorcycles and he has had them do the paint work on some of the restorations because they match the paint color so well. I mean, if you can match the paint on an exquisite 1930's Italian motorcycle, that is pretty darned good! read more
