I just got my Honda CRV repaired at Grossinis and had such a great experience that I had to take a moment to recommend these folks. Both Karen and Javier were so friendly and responsive. They made dealing with the insurance company a breeze for me as they handled all the paperwork and back and forth for adjusting the estimate. Javier has much experience with both insurance companies and parts suppliers and dealt with the insurance company's low-ball estimates without me having to make a single phone call. I brought in my car to be repaired after being rear-ended by another driver. It took almost two months to get it repaired, but there has been difficulty in getting parts so this may not been entirely the fault of Grossini's. Two months after I picked up the car, driving on a busy road, the spare tire fell out from underneath the car onto the roadway, almost causing a traffic collision among the cars behind me who had to avoid a rolling tire on the roadway. The person at Grossini's refused to address this problem or to even seriously look at it other than a 15 second look under the car, saying that they did not cause the problem. And he made all sorts of vile lies about me personally, so that Grossini's would not have to take any responsibility for this problem.  He even lied to State Farm claims about his willingness to address this problem and told State Farm that he would address the problem and then when I called back to make an appointment, he denied it and refused to do anything. According to State Farm there were two possible reasons for this problem. One possibility was that the mechanism that holds the tire in place was damaged during the accident and Grossini's missed seeing this damage. The other possibility that the mechanism was damaged during repair. Either way, Grossini's has some responsibility for the cause of this problem. Avoid Grossini's if at all possible due to their bad attitude about addressing problems that they probably created themselves through carelessness, neglect, or incompetence. Update: I took the car to another repair shop and the State Farm Claims specialist met me there to inspect the car. It was his judgement that this problem occurred at the time of the rear-end accident and was missed by Grossinis. The damage will be covered under the original claim and will ne fixed by the repair shop. I think this highlights two problems with Grossinis. 1) They may miss safety related issues. 2.) They refuse to address customer concerns. read more

I hit a coyote and i was living with a friend so i needed my car fixed asap. They were the only place that offered a rental car persay at no extra cost. They lent me a toyota camry to borrow untill my car was ready no extra cost. They kept me up to date and answered every question and showed me all the work they did and the damage that had done. They cared alot. I explained my situation and when it was time to get my car it was a few days b4 payday n i wanted to go back home to see my kids n husband 3 hrs away n they accepted my check n waited to cash it till that friday so i could get back to my family. Johnny was great. When I first took the car in for an estimate, Johnny wrote up the quote so I could decide whether or not to use my insurance company. I decided to go ahead with my USAA insurance and their repair quote was within one percent of Johnny's original estimate. He was easy to work with and our car was ready when he said it would be. When we picked up the car, he noticed something was not quite right, something that I never would have seen. He insisted that we let him repaint a bumper to make the piece of trim perfect. If I could give John 10 stars I would without hesitation. He and his team are amazing. I was crushed when my new car was side-swiped on my vacation to Carmel. This business is a preferred provider with my insurance company. This made it incredibly easy for us. We took the to Grossini's, they took pictures, communicated with the insurance company and ordered the required parts the same day. Four days later the the last part arrived and they called us to bring the car in. They said it would take about a week and sure enough a week later it was done. The car looks perfect. It was the easiest and most stress free repair I've ever had at a body shop. They do excellent work and they are extremely customer oriented. read more

I took my 9 year old Prius in to have some much needed TLC done. Grossini's repaired stripped & repainted the hood, front bumper & spoiler. They also installed new headlight housing. They were extremely professional during the entire process. They kept me apprised via texts & if they ran into problems, they gave me a call to discuss options. The day I was to pick the car up, the owner called & said he just wasn't 100% happy with the paint job & he wanted to redo it. My experience with Grossini's was great. David, Johnny, and the rest of the crew were really helpful during a stressful time for me after I was hit by another car. Outside of doing the work on my car that was necessary, they also helped coordinate car rentals for me and dealt with the responsible person's insurance company throughout the process. They always offered to provide me with rides to and from the rental place or to their auto body shop if needed, and were patient with all my questions and followups. It doesn't get any better than my experience at Grossini's Auto Body. I bought a used car and took it to my alignment guy. He told me that the frame was tweaked and he recommended that I go to Grossini's. The owner was very friendly and dropped what he was working on to help me. He took the time to jack up the car, inspect it, show me what had happened, evaluated the car, and ultimately recommended that I get a second opinion. What? I told him that I was ready to spend up to $600 and this man had the integrity to send me down the street? How very refreshing to find this type of honesty in the auto body industry today. He could have easily took the job, pulled my frame out a bit, and charged me a lot of money; but he didn't. Kudos to this business. I will recommend nobody else to my friends and family. I am not surprised to see so many five star reviews. David was wonderful, and the prices were great. My Ford needed some repairs to the back gate. We took to the local Ford dealership and were shocked at the outrageous price they wanted to make the repairs. We took our car to Grossini's and we're given a very fair estimate. I had problems with my power passenger van sliding door. I came into the shop and talked to a wonderful man named David, he immediately came out to check the problem I was having with my door. He was able Counsel me with my options, to replace the motor in my door it would cost me over $1000 dollar. He went ahead and cut the cable for free, now I can use the door manually. I recently took my truck into Grossinis body shop for some minor paint repair. Being my wifes truck i wanted to make sure the job was perfect. Well it was perfect, beautiful. The next day i took the truck because i had forgotten to show Johnny, the painter, another set of minor scratches on a different part of the truck. When i showed it to him, i asked how much it would cost me to have the scratches buffed out. Johnny said 'nothin' just bring it by tomorrow morning at 9 am and i will buff them out for you in 25-30 minutes no charge. Grossini's is the best!! From the first time I called until we picked up our Navigator, David was very attentive and so knowledgeable. He is very honest, and his pricing is fair. He sat down with me and went over everything he was going to do; showed me the parts on the computer and gave me such a fair quote. This is an older Navigator, and one we are wanting to save for our son that will be driving in a couple of years-these Navigators are like tanks, having been in it in another rear end/front end freeway pileup and my husband walking away perfectly fine... it's a great first car for a 16 year old. So David understood us wanting to save it, but not putting every last dime of the insurance check into it. Instead, he got the vehicle back to beautiful condition at a 1/3 of our insurer's estimate, and solidified our decision to salvage the vehicle.
