So I found this place on YouTube, and the selection looked amazing, especially since I saw they were offering whole lobster tails. I had to try for myself even though it was in the Bronx. I went on a Saturday, it was still early, so it wasn't really packed yet, which was good, and I love that the food was all filled and they constantly refill everything without you waiting. When it comes to the Lobster I believe it was every 30 minutes or 45 minutes, and I like that they serve each person one, so that it's fair and everybody gets a chance to get one instead of just one person probably grabbing you know the whole tray for themselves, so I think that was a really good idea. Besides the usual dishes at buffets, they had a really good selection of seafood and sushi. Overall, they had quite a few more selections than what I'm used to seeing in Queens, and for the dinner buffet, the price was really good. I thought it would be more expensive, but it was within a fair range. It's very spacious inside, and I like that the servers don't rush you; they were attentive to refilling your drink, and the place was nice and clean as well. They had a lot of desserts, they had free bubble tea, they had ice cream bars, and I loved that for the seafood, they had extra butter sauce on the side, along with Old Bay Seasoning and other seasonings to make it your own. I can see why everybody's talking about this place, and it's definitely worth driving out since they have their own parking lot, so why not?

    - AYCE seafood buffet located in Co-op City with a large shared shopping center parking lot, so parking is plentiful; the dining room is also very spacious with plenty of seating - The space is open, clean, bright, and inviting; we only waited a few minutes to be seated on a Saturday around 5:45p; there is a 2-hour dining limit; the tables are large and comfortable - Service was excellent: the staff were courteous, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there; very attentive, quickly clearing empty plates and refilling drinks throughout the meal - The food was exceptional overall--fresh and tasty: there's a wide selection of classic buffet favorites, with an impressive variety of seafood (I lost count of how many different shrimp dishes there were); both sushi and sashimi offered; the staff rings a bell whenever fresh snow crab legs are brought out, and every 30 minutes another bell announces a new batch of lobster tails (limited 1 per adult) - The unlimited self-serve bubble tea is a fun bonus--be sure to ask for a cup of ice to pour over - If you're celebrating a birthday, the staff comes out with a flashing LED sign while singing "Happy Birthday," which adds a festive touch - The biggest downside is the price--adult dinner is $40+ on holiday weekends, and children between 3-4.5ft tall are charged about half price regardless of age; still, if you're a seafood lover with a big appetite, the quality and selection definitely make it worth considering

BLUF: Good for seafood lovers; meat-heavy eaters might choose another place. Kaijin Seafood Buffet is an all-you-can-eat (ACYE) Chinese buffet restaurant; one of few ACYE restaurants that offer snow crab legs and lobster tails. Lobster tails are not ACYE, but are brought out every half-hour -- customers might have to queue to receive one. Customers can receive a maximum of four lobster tails during a two-hour visit, depending on visit timing. The lobster tails were heavy seasoned in Old Bay seasoning and very salty. One lobster tail should be enough for most (because of the salt), but I had two. We counted three calls for lobster during our visit. The rest of the food was above average for AYCE restaurants. All versions of the chicken wings were moist. All versions of shrimp were deveined. I preferred the "cold" (unseasoned) snow crab legs, which were of a good quality, naturally sweet, not greasy, and not salty. The steamed flounder dish was nearly perfectly cooked. I'm told that the string beans were very good, too. Desserts were well represented. The fruit was fresh. Even though the egg tarts lacked custard, the shells were crisp and flaky. We liked the tiramisu, as it was made with ladyfinger cookies and had a good amount of coffee flavor. All drinks are included in the price; we had hot tea, soda, and a boba tea drink. Other: The restaurant is brightly lit, and the seats are comfortably cushioned. There is booth-style, half-circle booth, and community-table style seating. There are adequately maintained men's and women's restrooms. There is free, VPN-friendly, Wi-Fi. Service is pretty good; they regularly cleared finished plates from our table. As of this writing, Kaijin Seafood Buffet seems to be a participant in Rakuten Dining. Suggested tips are based on post-tax subtotals, and start at 15%.

I saw a couple of YouTube videos about Kaijin Buffet especially the unlimited lobster and decided to trek out to the Bronx to check it out myself on a Tuesday evening. Ambience - located next to a Stop and Shop across from Co-op city, it was pretty quiet with only a few other diners. The dining room was bright and clean. Food - I tried a little bit of food everything but found most of the food to be either fried, dry, salty or all of the above. Oxtail - was flavorful but dry. 3/5 Snow Crab Legs - cooked in a Cajun seasoning. Was a little too salty. 3/5 Lobster - they bring out lobsters once an hour. Ring a bell to alert all the diners, and hand out one lobster tail per customer. This build up of anticipation was a set up for disappointment as the lobster tail was mushy and bland ... even the butter couldn't save it. 2/5 TL/DR: Kaijin reminds me of the old mom and pop Chinese buffets you used to find everywhere. While ok if you happen to live in the area, but not somewhere you would make trek out to.

THE FOOD ---------------- + Seafood buffet comprised of mostly Chinese food, however, there was sushi (and EVEN sashimi!) mixed in there. + Buffet had a great variety and a lot to choose from, including fried rice, different noodles, various vegetables, chicken dishes, slices of steak, spare ribs, lamb, raw oysters/clams/shrimp, LOTS of different cooked and fried shrimp dishes, flounder, salmon, calamari, crawfish, mussels, crabs, desserts, ice cream, bubble teas AND what just about everyone comes for - snow crab legs and lobster tails! ++++ Snow crab legs were amazingly meaty and fresh. If you love snow crab legs, this is as good as it gets. Just beware that it does become a frenzy when people realize a fresh batch is about to be plopped down at the buffet bar. ++++ Lobster tails, which are cajun-flavored like a lot of the seafood, were served every 30 minutes when a bell was rung. A line was formed at the buffet bar and the lobster tail was limited to 1 per adult (children were not allowed to get one) each time it was served. With a 2 hour dining limit, you can potentially get up to 4 per sitting. ++++ Sushi and sashimi were shockingly so fresh and delicious! Definitely not your typical Asian buffet sushi. ++++ ALL of the buffet food was ACTUALLY good. You can find a lot of the foods served here at most Asian buffets, but the freshness of the food here is what separates it from competitors. ++++ Unlimited bubble tea! ---- Desserts here were probably the only letdown with your typical buffet cakes, jello and pastries. Ice cream was of the pre-packaged Hershey variety, although they do have other brands too, but we've seen these before at other Asian buffets. THE SERVICE ------------------- + FANTASTIC service all around! ++++ All of the waitresses were super friendly and courteous. ++++ Our dirty plates were always picked up very quickly and never left at our table for long. ++++ Every request (e.g., cup with ice, drinks refill) we had was quickly fulfilled. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------- + Interior of the restaurant was bright, modern, spacious and very clean. + Tables in the booths were long and allowed for plenty of elbow room. ++++ There were extra long tables inside for large groups too. + Large parking lot outside courtesy of the restaurant being part of the Peartree Square Shopping Plaza. - Surrounding area was not the cleanest or safest-looking. - There was a lot of garbage littered around outside of the entrance to the restaurant. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = We arrived at around 5:45 PM on an early June Saturday evening and it was busy inside, BUT we were seated within 5 minutes. In fact, turnover was quite high, so there were always tables available. = There were multiple birthday parties happening inside as they played the "Happy Birthday" song multiple times for the large groups, so assume this is probably the norm on weekends here. CONCLUSION -------------------- = Honestly, one of the better buffets that we've been to in the tri-state area . Unlimited snow crab and served lobster tails are such a rarity at buffets, so it was a pleasant surprise here. Yes, it's $39 per adult for dinner and weekends, which is a tad steep, but you'll QUICKLY realize that it was money well spent when you start digging in! The seafood and sushi/sashimi will definitely make it alllllll worth it.

I stopped into this restaurant to get lunch! When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked into a busy restaurant. I was greeted and sat. I got some juice and different items from the buffet including sushi. The food was pretty good! All in all a good experience!

Was looking for a good lunch buffet and I'm glad I found this in the area. Food: 4 stars. It's a seafood, Chinese food, sushi buffet so while the quality isn't blow your mind, it was still really good. Food was delicious and had great variety. They also had soups, desserts, etc. Highlights: the lunch buffet included snow crab legs, stone crab, clams, oysters, different types of shrimp, etc. Some other seafood buffets dont include crab in their lunch menu so that was nice. Coconut shrimp was fire. Sushi wasn't that great unfortunately but not bad and the salmon sashimi was fresh. Their milk tea/fruit teas are included in the price which is great! Price: $24 for weekday lunch for all this food including good seafood! Amazing deal. Service: all the staff were super attentive and kind. They just opened a few weeks ago but I hope their service stays top notch. Ambience is clean and spacious. Highly recommend this spot if you want a delicious and filling meal with lots of seafood for a good price. Tip: they have your typical crab cracking tool but I may bring kitchen scissors or shears to help cut open the crab legs next time LoL

True to its name as a seafood buffet place, the selections and variety of the seafood dishes are extensive! The crabs were meaty and the fried calamari and scallops, for example, were impressive! A good number of shrimp dishes ranged from the fried panko-battered coconut butterfly shrimp, salt and pepper sauté shrimp to coconut shrimp. The assortment of seafoods were cooked in several different ways, so it would definitely satisfy seafood lovers! They also had crawfish, frog legs, octopus, squid, tilapia, whiting, salmon, flounder, clams and mussels whether steamed, baked, fried or sauteed or prepared as a salad or in sushi rolls. Especially confusing was that fact that there was no lobster at the dinner buffet on that Thursday in December. Beats me. Aside from that, the seafood dishes were amazing! They also had rice and noodle dishes, a variety meat such as ribs, chicken nuggets, sweet and sour chicken along with the other signature dishes such as cheese Rangoon, spring rolls, sauté seafood dishes with mushrooms and vegetables, several different types of soup with clam soup being one of them. The desserts included the red jello, chocolate cake, butterfly puff pastry cookies, red bean glutinous sesame rice balls and pumpkin cake which reminded me of hush puppies. The sushi at the sushi bar included the mango avocado shrimp version with a piece of orange on the mango sauce dollop on the top of it. Fresh-cut fruit and vegetables and the salads at the salad bar such as the seaweed salad, sliced pickled daikon radish and kani salads I also tried. Of course included as part of the buffet were the unlimited boba tea and hot tea. There was also a selection of ice cream to pick from in the fridge next to the fridge where the boba tea was kept. Plus the boba tea ranged from mango, lychee or tropical flavors to the milk tea! I liked that there is a saying on the lids of the boba tea cups. The waiters were attentive and provided good customer service. There was a wall-sized plasma screen on which they presented videos of the lyrics of the songs being played on the radio. You could also see that the sitting area is ample with a touch of plant decor. Reasonable prices for the buffet, too. It's worth the trip to Eastchester for seafood lovers!

My first review of the new year and it's a great one. A friend of mines from CT mentioned this spot to me and after seeing a few videos on social media I knew I had to try it out. This company is so much better than the last spot that was here. Went to lunch with my grandmother today. Walking in it looks peaceful and calming. We were greeted right away and led to our table, with drink orders taken before our server even walked away. I've been to plenty seafood buffets before and the one thing lots of people look for is the Crab Legs and you can never find any, I found full trays as soon I walked to the line. The variety of food they had was great. From cold crab legs to hot Crab Boil: Cajun Crab legs, about 3-4 different variations of shrimp, crispy fried chicken, fried fish, lo-mien, fried rice, steak and so much more. The Salt & Pepper Crabs were top notch. On top of eating all the delicious food (yes everything was flavorful and tasty. No complaints on taste. except grandma said the food temp wasn't hot enough for her) we finished off with a dessert from my childhood. I used to grab these Banjo bars from my corner store all the time. The staff was on point. Our table never got overcrowded with plates because they were on their A game. I'm already planning to bring my mom and sister back to partake in the experience. I hope this restaurant sticks around longer than the last spot

May 28, 2026, decided to go to this buffet all you can eat seafood. To my surprise was not disappointed at all. The price was reasonable, there were a variety of seafood to take from and Chinese dishes as well. I am a sushi eater and was very surprised and impressed , that all the one's I tasted , were very tasty and fresh. They were making the sushi there too. There were many dishes to choose from. The atmosphere was well lit , service was ok and found the food I tasted to be excellent. I am a foodie and travel all over to dry different restaurants and give my rating. I will definitely come back.

I came here to throw down on some seafood and that's exactly what we did. I found out about this place because one of my favorite TikTok foodies posted that she came here when she was visiting from Chicago. It was also my friend's birthday so we figured we'd check it out. If you come with a group of 4 or more, including the birthday person, they eat for free, which is a pretty nice perk. This place lived up to every bit of the hype. We did the $125 option which includes lobster. If you have people in your group who are on the fence about spending the extra money, just remind them it's only about $35 more and that's basically the cost of one lobster anywhere else. Here you're getting unlimited lobster. The food literally just kept coming. At one point we were running out of room on the table. One thing I really appreciated was that the staff noticed and started putting multiple items on the same plates instead of bringing everything out separately. It sounds small but it actually helped a lot and showed they were paying attention. The drinks weren't super strong but they definitely weren't weak either. If you love seafood, come hungry and bring a group. The vibes were great, the service was on point, and we left absolutely stuffed.

It's honestly a seafood lover's dream. I highly recommend coming with a large group so you can try a bit of everything. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others.

Their menu leans into fusion dishes with a nod to some of the classic home-style classics. Everything is presented with a refined, elevated touch. Here's what we ordered: ~ Tako Wasabi - 5/5 stars A fiery delight. This appetizer feartures chopped raw octopus marinated in wasabi. It has a lively zest from the wasabi and is topped with tobiko, which adds a pleasant contrast in texture. ~ Honey Makgeolli - 4/5 stars A traditional fermented Korean beverage that is light and pairs brilliantly with your meal. It is a cloudy alcholoic drink served in a metal teapot, and surprisingly, there is much more in that teapot than you would expect. It easily provides six to eight generous pours. The flavor is subtly sweet with a pleasant tang. ~ Temaki Set - 4/5 stars You can order a set of three by choosing from selections 1-17, or you can order a la carte at the listed prices. Some of the temaki stood out more than others. Our two sets included marinated salmon, bluefin tuna, spicy yellowtail, spicy bluefin, and two dynamite temaki. ~ Spicky Pork Ssam Set - 5/5 stars Truly another standout entree that even surpassed my beloved grilled BBQ bossam. You received a generous basket of assorte greens, including romaine, kale, perilla leaves, dandelion leaves, nappa cabbage, and more. It is well worth the price and makes for a fun, interactive dining experience with your family and friends. There is also various banchan offered and this time, they were beyond kind enough to offer refills. The last time we were here, we ordered just as much food and they stated they normally did not offer refills, which I thought was very odd. With its casual bougie aesthetics, this spot has quickly become one of my favorite eateries in Fort Lee-lee, It beautifully blends Korean, Japanese, and American flavors in a way that feels both comforting and elevated. Needless to say, we will be back!

Jowl was cut into thick slices and has the perfect crispy but soft bite to it. If you haven't tried jowl, you are missing out. It's better than pork belly in my opinion. Atmosphere: 6/10 Large restaurant space. A lot of people coming with friends and couples. It is loud inside so be aware. Service: 6.5/10 Good service. They were quick to bring out our food. The worker cooks for you which personally I dislike. I felt very rushed in eating and when it was done cooking, the meat was cold cause I'm a slow eater. Otherwise, everyone was nice. I was looking for a simple solo dining option in K-Town and my friend suggested Woorijip. It's…read moreactually my first time going in. Even though it looks old school inside, it's actually very organized the way they have multiple shelves with various packaged foods. It was a bit overwhelming trying to decide what to get. The part I appreciate the most is how there's records of when every batch is cooked and when they need to be disposed of. I think it's because they put these prepared foods in room temperature and need to be more careful about bacteria growth. Per my observation, most of the items could only last ~3 hours. I kept seeing staff go around to check inventory and the time. I went in at 4pm and 8pm, and surprisingly it was busier late afternoon. At 8pm, more than half of the options were gone and there's also plenty of seating. I think they open till much later, so perhaps they're taking a break until people come eat before/after drinks. Less options on the shelves also meant less of a struggle figuring out what to eat. I saw staff put 50% off stickers on two items. I'm assuming it's because they're both reaching the end of their shelf life and have a lot leftover. I ended up getting white fish fillet jeon and japchae with beef bulgogi. Appreciate how they have microwaves and plenty of seats. I actually tried tasting the items cold and no, they need to be microwaved. I wanted either jeon or kimbap as one of my items. I ended up getting fish jeon since it seems healthier with big pieces of fillet vs other jeons seem to have more batter. It was simple without much flavor. It needed reheating. The sauce included tasted like a light soy sauce. I originally didn't think I would want to use it but it actually enhanced the fish jeon without being too salty. I'm satisfied with this item but don't think I'll get it next time. I was thinking of japchae or fried rice for my other option, but the fried rice options I was interested in were sold out by the time I returned at 8pm. On the first few bites I didn't like the japchae and beef bulgogi. It was a bit too sweet and oily for me, but then I got used to it and it grew on me. I was actually wishing to add some black pepper to it but also got used to it without. The portion is pretty big and I felt full before finishing the whole dish. I'd be glad to get this again. Great place to stop before garden event - presumably is packed before ranger and Knick games- hopefully because has a nice vibe and is fresh and clean. We are in from out of town and just expected the garden variety bar like you would encounter outside a stadium or ballpark/ was pleasantly surprised.

Showing a variety of sports games. One thing to note is that they play Korean music so you won't hear the game audio. Unless you sit right by the bar. Something to keep in mind depending on what kind of viewing experience you're looking for. I went after the game at MSG and it was a great place to wind down. For the table we got the pepper fried chicken which was crispy, well seasoned chicken thigh pieces with peppers. For my main, I ordered the beef tartare bibimbap, which came with rice and a selection of small dishes. Portion size was great. We also added the parmesean French fries for a small bite which came with two different dipping sauces. To finish it off, we got dessert. Which was the cheesecake topped with strawberry drizzle and cornflakes, plus two scoops of raspberry ice cream and one scoop of chocolate ice cream. Everything about the meal was great. Overall, I think that Wooga is a great go to spot to check out if you want good food, drinks, and a nice atmosphere.
