We got the sweet potato fries without knowing this until we got our bill. Either way there was a wait for the food. But it was pretty good. The po boy was seasoned well. The bread that it came on was toasted perfectly and not too much. The sweet potato fries were standard. As for the lobster roll it was weird in that most places usually offer it hot with butter or cold with mayo. This place it was hot with mayo but wifey liked it. Service was good except for the effort on the upsell to garlic noodles. No thanks. Oh and they sell corn dogs too!

Too much mayo, way too soggy, and the temperature was off. They are definitely on the pricey side but the boils were worth it. The drinks were refreshing as well. Upon arrival the only available table for a party of 2 was directly in front of the DJ speakers so we sat at the bar. The bartender comes over and I tell her we're here for their Tuesday Happy Hour specials. As per their IG post tacos (ALL) are $2. So we ordered chicken, shrimp & steak. The bartender tells me the steak isn't included and is an additional charge. So I pull up the IG post which states differently. She's unaware of the post or special and has to run it by a manager. We ordered 6 tacos but 7 came out. I pointed out the extra taco she apologized and said we wouldn't be charged for it. Next I order the froze. The froze and the margarita were both juice like. Entirely too sweet for the froze and too much sour mix on the margarita. The tacos were mid, steak was tough & chicken wasn't seasoned. The check comes and we were charged the $2 for the steak taco, the 7th taco that I didn't order (the bartender was suppose to comp) was on the bill and froze that was suppose to be $2 as per the IG post was $13. I bring the price difference of the Froze to the bartenders attention and she states that the $2 froze is in a smaller cup than what she gave me. How would I know that? I showed her the IG post with specials upon placing my first order. Clearly if it's a Tuesday special and I'm ordering on a Tuesday that's why I'm ordering it. She said she would have to speak to a manager came back and said the manager wouldn't honor the $2 advertised price. I paid my bill and left. To make a social media post to gain patrons.... Patrons come specifically for said specials and then not honor them?! Such a waste of time and money. The service, food and drinks are subpar at best.

Not a little smile -- full contempt, like he was a joke. The man was visibly upset. They thought it was funny. I said something on my way out. They smirked at me too. Both of us are Black. The staff involved were not. What I witnessed was anti-Blackness. Not the loud kind. The kind that's so comfortable it doesn't even try to hide. Poor service is one thing. But some people aren't satisfied with just doing a bad job -- they need to make sure you know they think they're above you while they're doing it. That costs nothing to fix. It's a choice. I went to corporate. Two weeks. Form letters. A five day response window they blew past. One rep literally called it "this very important issue" in bold -- then told me to go back to the store and talk to the shift manager. The same people my complaint was about. I knew that only half of the regular would be enough for me, but honestly, it was so darn tasty that I had to eat the other half...and quick too (hence, the reason for no pictures). Some changes have been to the place. Instead of the many fliers tacked up on the wall of each sandwich, they've now installed boards with the sandwiches neatly typed on it. A needed improvement. The other sandwiches here are in the $5-6 range and are also really good. But I do have to say the spicy Italian was my favorite. I know I will be coming here more when a deli craving hits.
