Definitely think this spot is more overhyped than I expected. I stopped by with some friends, and it was packed! Took us a few minutes and finally was able to grab a table for all of us. I went with the Lychee Blossom tea and while it was a unique, refreshing and tasty drink, I think it was way overpriced at $7.50. We all got our drinks within 10min even though there were a lot of people in line. The overall ambiance is nice and modern but wish there was a bit more seating. If you're in the area, I'd stop by just to try some of their drinks, but honestly I don't see myself coming back here again.

Service was ok we ordered ourselves via the kiosk but customer service could be a little better such as being greeted at least but overall it was good!
I've heard great things about Kafeiin and have gotten drinks from here from other people but only personally came to the store once. I actually wasn't very impressed with my visit to the store, but their drinks are really good in terms of taste and flavor. To start, you order your drinks from a kiosk. There's a cashier but they didn't seem to pay much attention to it nor does anyone greet or acknowledge you when you walk in. I also don't know if it's the norm, but I didn't get a receipt when I ordered. I sat down and waited for my drinks, and I never heard my name or number called out or anything even though I was sitting right next to the pickup counter. I noticed 4 of the drinks I had ordered on the counter though, so I assumed those 4 drinks must've been mine and approached the counter to ask. They were in fact my drinks. I wonder how long they would've left me sitting there waiting for my drinks if I hadn't approached and asked though. The other flaw is that I noticed the drinks are mostly filled with ice so it feels like you've barely drank anything before your drink is empty which is a shame considering the size of the cups and the price of the drinks. Now these negatives aside, I do like the variety of drinks that they offer. Their coffee is very good and so is their matcha. Sweetness level is perfect also. I tend to not like my drinks too sweet and generally adjust to 50% or 0% at most places. I definitely think these drinks are worth trying, and it's a great place to take friends or guests to try out.

The screen didn't have great descriptions, although some of the drinks were obvious by the name. I ordered the salted matcha with a matcha shot. Took roughly 8-10 mins for my order. They had a cute flower decoration on top of the foam. To me, the flavor was average, nothing particular stood about it. Def social media hype. I would consider trying again if in the Duluth area but wouldn't go out of my way.
The drinks are good but with that being said I do drink it in 5 minutes maximum and realize the cup is 95% ICE 5% BEV all the matcha drinks are really yum, I wish you could adjust sugar and ice levels but I digress....... The ube foam is lowkey hit or miss sometimes it's yum sometimes it taste bland :( also if you don't like sweet... DO NOT GET THE LATTES!!!!!!! the banana latte and corn latte is diabeeto. Personal favorite: SESAME MATCHA MMMMMMMMM

I loved the self kiosks that they had. We got the ube matcha and strawberry matcha. Both were probably some of my favorite that I have had in Atlanta. The inside is super aesthetic with lots of opportunity for pictures. Loved it so much. Definitely worth the hype.

We ordered four drinks, and for some reason they all tasted watered down. My coffee didn't have that strong drip-coffee flavor, and my daughter said her matcha tasted more like milk than matcha. It'll probably be a while before I come back, but I do plan on giving it another try once the crowd dies down.

On 01/14/2026, I checked out Kafeiin, a new Vietnamese coffee and matcha shop, with two friends. The space itself made a great first impression--modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a good amount of seating that makes it a nice option for studying or hanging out. I ordered the Ube Cloud Matcha, while my friends got the Salted Cloud Matcha and Salted Cloud Coffee. Unfortunately, my drink was just okay for me--2.5/5. I was really hoping for a stronger ube flavor in the cloud, but it came across very mild. The matcha itself also wasn't very prominent; the milk seemed to overpower everything, so it ended up tasting more like lightly flavored milk than matcha. If you're someone who enjoys bold matcha, this might fall a bit flat. On the other hand, my friends really enjoyed their drinks. They both said the salted cloud was the standout--creamy, well-balanced, and flavorful--and it worked great with both the matcha and coffee. Based on their feedback, I'll definitely be trying one of the salted cloud drinks next time. One thing I do wish is that the drinks were more customizable. I would've loved the option to order 0% sugar and less ice, which could've made a big difference for me flavor-wise. Overall, Kafeiin has a lot going for it: a beautiful interior, a comfortable environment for studying, and some drinks that clearly shine. While my ube cloud matcha didn't quite hit, I'm open to giving it another try--especially with one of the salted cloud options that seem to be crowd favorites.

Tried this place when they first opened and it was pretty good! I recently went back and got the same banana cloud matcha and i was disappointed by the quality and taste. It just tastes like watered down milk if i'm being honest . The place is super cute and aesthetic! But not really worth the money in my opinion. read more
It seems to be crowded most of the time when I visit. So I cannot comment on the ambiance, but I can assume it would be really nice when there aren't many people in the building. The shop itself is modern and neatly decorated. Very aesthetic. I got the strawberry matcha latte and the ube matte latte. It was pretty darn good. I also got another matcha drink for my partner, which I didn't take a picture of because it was half filled, and it looked a bit goofy (I didn't know about the ice stuff and ordered it with no ice). So yes, the rumors about the drinks being mostly ice are true, but the matcha is pretty good. It is cutely decorated, so it is up to you if the price-drink-aesthetic ratio is worth the money. + Also, you cannot adjust the sweetness or ice levels. So, the likelihood of you getting a cup full of ice and two sips of actual matcha is high. But at least those two sips will be pretty good, HAHA. read more

All of the coffee menu items here allow the option of either Vietnamese-style robusta beans or a standard blend when ordering. Be aware that Vietnamese coffee holds twice the caffeine content compared to what you're used to! But the concept of customizing is great. read more

Super cute, minimalist spot to hang out or work at. I got the corn matcha latte and it was really good! The matcha is high quality and the corn flavor really pulled through without being overpowering. We ordered through the kiosk, but the staff was friendly overall. read more

Stopped in today around 3 pm. I think with it being a Monday the wait to order was not as long as compared to the weekend. I ordered within 2-3 minutes. As expected they were out of a handful of drinks which you could easily tell because they were grayed out on the ordering kiosk - but they have so many options it honestly made my decision easier! The wait time to get the drink was a little longer (maybe about 20 minutes) but I have been seeing how slammed they have been the past few days on social media so I thought they were handling the rush super well! It's only so fast you can crank all those orders out but I noticed that they were working very efficiently. I also appreciated that you can track your orders progress on the screen which alleviates any worry about where your order is! I ended up ordering the matcha dream which was an iced matcha with a matcha cloud. It was delicious! Not too sweet which I love! I am a fan of the earthy taste of matcha which you definitely get here. I'm excited to come back and try out other flavors. Hopefully as the initial excitement dies down the lines won't be as crazy :) but regardless I think they have a great flow working already! read more
A newly opened cafe with a variety of coffees and matcha drinks. It was very popular online, but it did not live up to the hype for me. The drinks were overpriced and underwhelming. The line is usually out the door and there are kiosks to order inside. I do like that feature, however the drinks are NOT customizable. I don't know if that's how it'll be or if they did that just because they recently opened and are very busy. I tried the salted cloud coffee, banana matcha, and strawberry matcha. The coffee was the best one out of the 3. The matcha, which is what they became popular for, were okay. The Banana matcha was fine but the "cloud" for the strawberry matcha tasted SUPER artificial and ruined the entire drink. It tasted like the syrups used in strawberry milks, and I was not a fan. The drinks were also premade. They had cups of coffee and matcha lined up on the table and then added ice and foam to order. While I understand it is busy, this takes away from the quality of the drinks. Many people also left with underfilled drinks. The drinks also had TOO much ice and you can't adjust that when ordering either. This spot has so much potential, I hope Kafeiin will improve with time and make the necessary adjustments to deliver quality drinks to the community! read more
I came on a Saturday afternoon during lunch as I happened to be in the area. Parking was terrible and very crowded since there are so many businesses in the plaza and I imagine it'll only get busier as more places open. Even with the line, the wait wasn't too bad. We only waited a couple of minutes. There are only two ordering kiosks and one wasn't working, which slowed things down a bit. Our drinks did come out fairly quickly. Unfortunately the space is very small and cramped with extremely limited seating. We had to stand near the bathroom waiting for a table to open up. I wasn't impressed with the drink either. You can't choose sugar or ice levels, and the drink ended up being mostly ice and cream with barely any coffee. For around $8 it wasn't worth it. read more

Stopped by on Saturday night and being that this place recently opened it was buzzing with people. The line was out the door when we parked. Inside is very long and narrow giving it a very small claustrophobic feel but the seating is space well so that people are not right on top of each other. We had to wait to snag a table. Now the drink selection has a pretty good range with some matcha, coffee and tea options. I ordered the longan tea and the soursop tea (yes two lol!) and my friend ordered the banana matcha cloud. It was interesting to me my soursop drink came out in a paper cup rather than the plastic despite being cold. The drinks came out decently fast and the flavor was pretty good. I loved that the soursop had actual pieces of the fruit in it, this was the highlight! For those that have not had it, it has a tangy sweet flavor and the fruit flesh is soft and fibrous, like mangosteen. The longan tea unfortunately tasted a bit watered down which was a bummer but still had an overall good flavor. The match banana cloud was cute with a little flower candy on top of the stiff foam. The flavor was nice, not too much matcha and not too much banana. My only real issue is there is no way to change ice level when ordering, and of course all of our drinks were mostly ice. I finished drinking quite quickly due to this which was disappointing. I did not have enough liquid to enjoy all the toppings. Considering that there drinks were more on the pricey side I would expect more drink. I would be willing to give this place another try when the hype dies down, as ice level can easily be a user error or something the owners could fix. read more
First time trying Kafeiin after the hype died down, and to be fair, they're good. The drinks are delicious, balanced and taste exactly what they advertised as. Service was pretty fast considering we used the self-service kiosk, and the front cashiers are all pretty nice. Ambiance is amazing here, plenty of seating, very grounded aesthetic and super instagram worthy place for a photoshoot. The only reason I'm docking off a star is due to the lack of ice level adjustments. read more
This café just raised the bar for matcha and coffee in Georgia. This new Vietnamese inspired coffeehouse and matcha cafe is aesthetic AF with some rich, classy flavors included. You can get Shrek Ashes hydrated here or some of the best tea and coffee creations that I've seen in the state. Not only is the menu exceptionally creative, it is still authentic to the cultures and flavors of Vietnam, which has one of the best cafe scenes in the world. Let me save you the flight, and let's cozy up here for the winter and keep the caffeine flowing. Not only is this space inspiringly gorgeous, it has sophisticated drinks curated beyond any other cafe in the area. read more
I love that you can just order at the kiosk. Once you're done adding things to your cart to order, you can just give the kiosk your phone number. There's a screen by the door that tells you what are orders are in progress and which orders are done. You get a text message once your order is ready and you can just pick it up at the counter. The drinks are fantastic. They have lots of traditional options to choose from but also some experimental options. I would recommend any of the coconut foam drinks as well as the lattes. It can be a little busy on weekends but during the weekday there's plenty of quiet seating. On the weekends it can be very hectic and I could not expect a place to sit. Overall the entire location stays so clean despite how busy they get. read more

Kafeiin kept popping up all over my social media, and as a true matcha lover, I knew I had to try it. Let me just say this, the hype is 100% real. Everything about this place is amazing, from the service to the space itself. The design is beautifully minimalistic with an industrial touch, and it feels intentional, clean, and elevated. Yes, there was a line when I went, but that's expected since it's new and literally everyone is going right now. Influencers, locals, everyone. Even with the line, their system is very efficient, so it moves faster than you'd expect and never feels overwhelming. They don't only sell matcha, they also have teas and coffee, but the matcha is absolutely their strongest point. The color alone tells you everything, a deep, vibrant green that immediately signals quality. Their matcha is pre-batched, but done the right way. They carefully measure each drink, keep the pre-batch stored on ice, and handle it with real attention and care. That alone gave me so much confidence before even taking a sip. I tried the Ube Matcha Cloud, the Salted Matcha Cloud, and the Banana Matcha Cloud, and every single one was incredible. I also tried the guava iced tea, which was just as good. Everything I had was a 10 out of 10. I honestly couldn't get over how good it was, to the point that I went back the same day for another drink because I couldn't stop thinking about it. I've been searching for a truly great matcha spot, and this place didn't just meet my expectations, it exceeded them. I would go a thousand times and I'm already excited to go back. I'm genuinely so happy they opened here, especially because it's close to my house, which means I'll be there way too often. The attention to detail, the service, the cleanliness, the drinks, everything was a 10 out of 10. If you like matcha, you absolutely have to visit this place. And if you've never tried matcha before, this is the best possible place to experience it for the first time. read more
After coming here multiple times, this place is always packed. I wouldn't recommend coming here for study sessions since it can get loud, but if you want to grab a drink to go that would be the better choice. Very limited seating if it is crowded. The interior is very cute for pictures though. The parking lot can get hard since they're doing construction and it's shared with Jusgo Supermarket and other stores. I haven't had a bad drink here. My go to is anything matcha honestly. They have really good ube coconut and matcha coconut drinks that I like. Matcha latte or strawberry matcha is good too. I was told if you want to customize your drink, you will have to ask the employees if you ordered off the kiosk. read more
Kafeiin just opened a few weeks ago, and I've been dying to try it. The lines have typically been out the door, as the social media hype has stirred up a lot of buzz. Finally, I was able to see what the talk was about. Aesthetics and Vibe First, the minimalistic and modern design makes the vibe feel very clean. I really like the aesthetic they've created. Menu Offerings The menu is quite similar to their competitor down the street, Tea Drip. They offer Vietnamese coffee with a variety of flavored milk foams, ranging from matcha and sesame to egg and banana. They also serve matcha with various milk foams, which can be ordered as a latte or with coconut water. The Drinks I ordered three drinks: the Strawberry Cloud Matcha, Ube Cloud Matcha, and Sesame Cloud Matcha. The Good: I really appreciate the creativity of the sesame and ube milk foams. The flavors stand out and blend perfectly with the Vietnamese iced coffee. The taste offers an authentic, nostalgic Vietnamese coffee experience but with a modern twist. I would definitely recommend these. The Bad: The Strawberry Cloud Matcha tasted very artificial. Instead of using a strawberry compote, the milk foam tasted like it was made from a basic syrup. This might be acceptable under normal circumstances, but the matcha itself was very underwhelming. It was so light that it felt as though they were trying to conserve as much matcha as possible given the current shortage. The combination of artificial strawberry and weak matcha made the drink taste like "strawberry matcha water." I would not recommend this specific drink. Overall Verdict Despite the one miss, I think this is a solid place to go for unique drinks. read more

Kafeiin Coffee is one of the newest Asian-inspired coffee shops to open up in Duluth. It is very minimalistic and aesthetic inside with several seats and tables for studying. It recently opened and despite how busy it was when I went on a Friday night, our drinks did not take too long to come out. We got the Salted Cloud Coffee and Longan Herbal Tea. My boyfriend thought that the Salted Cloud Coffee tasted too sweet; he also chose it to be Vietnamese coffee flavored as well so I think he wanted it to hit stronger. I was hoping that the Longan Herbal Tea would taste sweeter like longan, but it tasted like a traditional floral Chinese tea I had growing up. The drinks cannot be customized for sweetness or ice as of now, but I would say the drinks we had were on the sweeter side. I think this place is a bit overhyped at the moment, but taste is subjective. However, there are lots of cool drinks that people can try! read more
Came for the aesthetic, stayed for the drinks! Love the taste and color of their matcha as it doesn't taste grassy or artificial. Been coming since their soft opening, so there are definitely improvements in getting their matcha correct to the general public liking (as in not too light or not too strong). $7-8 for a matcha drink currently, IMO is reasonable because I'm aware that there's a matcha shortage going on, but Kafeiin still able to make delicious drinks without compromising quality by using lower quality matcha. The drinks on average take about 10 mins, which is normal for most places. Employees are friendly and helpful to answer any questions. Would definitely come back to try other drinks! read more
Whew, I gotta admit this place has the best Matcha latte drinks. I've heard a lot about this place via social media & wanted to give them a try. This place does have self parking by their establishment. Waking into the place it's a chic modern cafe shop. You place your order and you are given a number. I think this is a better system versus having to give your name. Who knows someone could have the same name you have. I got the strawberry matcha latte. It did not disappoint at all. It was truly amazing to say the least. The cost is a moderate price it was about 7.95 without taxes but every bit of this drinks tastes fresh. There are some seats inside the restaurant if you would like to sit down & enjoy your drink. I have no doubt come summer this place will have a sea of people coming in and out this place. read more

The minimal look and seating area is really cute. The drinks take a while to come out after you order. Previously, the matcha was sweet so I ordered unsweetened this time. It was better the banana foam balanced it out. I don't like the premade matcha in a squeeze bottle especially for an $8 drink. The coconut drink is also $8 but it's made 70% of ice. Seriously you mix it, take 3 good sips and it's ice left. The coconut water is also so sweet. I thought it would be a refreshing drink read more

This place is so cute! The drinks are amazing. I'm visiting from out of town and ended up going three times in one week. I tried the banana coffee, corn latte and banana matcha.. everything was so good. My favorite was definitely the banana coffee! They have such a wide variety of drinks, there's truly something for everyone. The staff was super friendly and really helpful with answering all my questions. Highly recommend stopping by! read more

They unfortunately don't have a good drink policy. The cashiers only help if you have cash. They don't offer any receipts... this was the most concerning to me. This place was so fun & cute! It was a little pricey but the quality of the drinks were very high. The banana flavor was natural & didn't seem too artificial - it kind of reminded me of banana bread! I also LOVEDD the tiny pieces of ice they use. The staff was really nice when I had a special request for a drink. Their Longan Herbal Tea was so refreshing and not too sweet. Vietnamese coffee could've been sweeter, but that's personal preference. Will definitely be returning! read more
