He spent the time to explanation of all the dishes, refilled our water often and his humble demeanor was refreshing. We had the Mad Water Balls, Chrispy Cauliflower, Plant Based Ckicken Masala and Butter Masala. All were delicious and I would recommend. We were offered a taste of the Carrot Mousse and it wasn't until after I reread the menu that I saw it could be added as a desert to our meal for a small charge.
