I'm so thankful I found Roberto to support the project instead. He was incredibly responsive, quick to start and finish, and checked in extensively along the way to ensure my vision and preferences were taken into account. This was not an easy project, but he and his team made the best of all the challenges we met. At one point we realized the wrong replacement cabinet had been shipped to me. A new one was going to take 2-3 weeks!! Instead of pushing off the job to a later date he suggested solutions and retrofitted the replacement cabinet flawlessly to ensure we could finish the job the same week he started. He started Monday and finished Wednesday ahead of his original projection of Friday!! He arrived on time every morning and was very thoughtful about preparing for the next day ahead of time so that he could optimize his time onsite.
