I've worked with Robert and Sebastian for four jobs. They did a good job for each one. They did a new 90 amp conduit on the roof from my main panel to a sub-panel. It passed inspection with no problems. They cleaned up some wiring for lighting in an eichler for me and made it look much better. They replaced some lights for me as well. I've known Robert since he did the electrical for our bathrooms remodel with a high end build and design firm, about 12 years ago. From that moment on, Robert has been our go-to electrician, and I've referred numerous friends to them as well. Robert and Sebastian are simply the best! They get everything done perfectly, quickly, and they are always in a great humor and fun to be around. As well, Robert has spotted and corrected several issues on our home while he was here doing something completely else. Mysterious flickering walkway lights that would go on and off...but only when it rained? Problem solved. Light switch that seemed overly warm to the touch? Circuit was overloaded---fixed it in 25 minutes. He and Sebastian are loved by designers, and can figure out solutions to tricky design issues. If I could give 6 stars, I would. After researching for about a few days, we were recommended by friends to Bay Valley Electric after they had their brand new house wired for them down in Los Altos. We called Bay Valley and spoke with Robert about looking to have our lights and switches retrofitted and remodeled throughout the house. Robert suggested upgrading to LED, as it would not only be a cleaner light, but also financially friendly in the long run, along with upgrading all the fixtures, including switches, to have a more modern feel to tie together with the rest of our home. They spent roughly a full work day redoing all the lights, in a very professional but personable, and timely manner. Robert and his employee Sebastian came out with their gear, didn't make a mess they couldn't clean up, and seemed to appreciate the delicateness of my home.
