They've moved!!! Found these signs on their door when I showed up to purchase some specialty fluorescent tubes today.

Also "at least on this day" I noticed that shoppers are much more rude here, they will completely block an aisle away with there carts and not be courteous to put the carts on the side "this happened at least 10 times" I've never had that problem at the Costco on Coleman Avenue, people over there have some respect and will move over for you. The good: When you enter, you have to scan your card, when I scanned my card the employee said something to me? I said I'm sorry I didn't understand what you said? He then replied "thank you for being such a long time customer, this is your 30th year!" I thought that was really nice. (I can't believe I've been a member for so long) This Costco also has my favorite Kiko Man soy sauce "the original, with all the salt" the one on Coleman Avenue does not. Bottom line is I don't think I'll be going back to this location, the negatives outweigh the positives in my opinion.

Last week, I tried to return a gift my sister had purchased for me with the receipt. After explaining the situation to the supervisor at the entrance and then to the cashier and another supervisor at the returns desk, they all told me to get my sister's membership number so the refund could be issued to her original payment method. After I returned with her membership number, Supervisor Gabriella told me the other employees were mistaken, that the item could not be returned, and repeatedly asked me to leave. I politely requested to speak with a manager, but she said they were busy. Only after I insisted three times did a manager come over and complete the return without any issue. I understand that miscommunication happens. My disappointment was not the mistake itself, but how I was treated. When I calmly shared that I felt she had been unnecessarily aggressive, Gabriella responded, "Yeah, because I'm so tired of standing here like this. We can't help you. You should leave." My family has been Costco members for nearly 40 years, and we also own Costco stock because we believe in the company's values. Costco has built a reputation for respect, integrity, and serving the community. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. Regardless of whether someone is a member or simply a guest returning a gift, everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

I had a tricky supply line pumping job up in Silver Creek. Given distance and traffic, I knew I'd…read morehave only 1 shot at getting the job right or the customer would have gone without water for a second day. None of the parts were available locally at Home Depot, my go-to, because I needed an odd-size, 1-1/4. So I went to Rubenstein's a bought 600+ dollars of parts, and I told the counter guys "this stuff is probably all coming back, I wish you had a restocking fee because it's only fair that I pay for borrowing the parts." they just waved me off and assured me come on back we'll take care of you. At the end of the day, only the most expensive part, the valve, and 1 other part was needed to close up the line, finish the job, and put a smile on my customer's face. Two days later, I returned everything else and the guys were unfailingly upbeat and helpful. For a plumbing store, in this particular situation, this is unusual. I left feeling good about the whole process.

Charged $70, i didn't even mind knowing so because they helped me find me the part I thought would fit. I doubled checked with employee 2x that I could return if its not a fit. Returned it because it caused my warm water to be just cold. They straight up said no because i installed it. I had them ask the manager twice and he came out said no, he didn't listen to anything and just said employee informed me I can't return it when i purchased it. So scammy, I didn't reply. Just left and even left the cartridge, manager replied with a snarky attitude "thank you!" Didn't care much for the money and would never come back and will refer all friends and family not to visit. Also horrible service, I waited with one employee at front and 4 ppl in office staring at front.

I'd just like to say that Costco Livermore is one of the best in the Bay Area and surrounding…read moreareas. The managers are amazing and quick to help with any questions. I have had experiences with the managers Billy and Craig and both are absolutely amazing. They help, listen and make sure you the customer are completely satisfied. I have a Costco closer to me, but the staff there seem overworked, and the managers treat you as if you are bothering them, so I drive farther to Livermore for better service. Having great managers in Livermore also rubs off on the staff. You are greeted with smiles and upon leaving the gentleman that checks receipts was waving and smiling at us before we even reached him. It was so wonderful that even after a stressful day, you smile as he's waving to you. The variety in the store always seems to be stocked well and the only fault you will find is parking outside. You need to be patient and willing to drive around for a parking spot. It may take extra time but I find it worth it for the service. I've been coming here for over 20 years and don't have a complaint.

This review is more about the T-Mobile kiosk within the Livermore Costco. I'm posting here, since I…read morecan't find a review for the kiosk itself. My wife and I have been buying cell phones from the kiosk forever- we must've purchased 10 -12 phones from them over the years. It's kind of hit and miss whether you get a "good" associate or not. We've been eyeing the Apple iPhone 17's and finally pulled the trigger. This time we got the worst sales person of all time. We had already been to the kiosk a couple of times over the weeks leading up to the sale, so we pretty much knew the promotions that we were going to be getting. But this guy didn't bother to tell us anything about it nonetheless. He did manage to try to upsell accessories, etc. as that is part of his job. But what irked me the most was when he asked if we wanted to purchase the additional protection and I specifically answered "no". Sure enough, T-Mobile sent us a text saying that we were enrolled in the plan. When asked how long should we expect for the arrival of the phones. He just blurted out an unthoughtful "2 days", as he didn't care at this point and he was just trying to get off the clock to take his meal break. If there were a place for me to report him, I surely would. Over the years, we have watched that kiosk decline in the value you get from buying from them. And a couple of years ago, the kiosk turned into a T-Mobile specific location. The sales people have sure gone become more disappointing in all aspects. I'm sure that Covid changed everything, including wages and trying to recruit quality employees- as a business, they just need minimum-qualification warm bodies to man the post. So sad to see how low they have gone. **Update** We got our T-Mobile bill. On it was a charge to a phone number in JAMAICA! and guess when that call was placed? Yup, when he had my phone and was doing whatever. It's possible that he was just working too fast (carelessly) or just fat-fingered a phone number (carelessness), but he could've/should've let me know that he called a wrong number and to just address that call with T-Mobile later, or better yet, he could have just addressed it to HIS company right then and there. That would've been the RIGHT thing to do. When we noticed it on our bill and matched the incident with the exact time that we were buying new phones, we did address it with T-Mobile- they were good about omitting that charge and they gave us a credit for the "mistake". We made sure that they put in an incident report for that employee. I am still scratching my head how T-Mobile can hire such low-life people to represent their company!??
