I worked with Lara and she helped me find the perfect shades for our windows and even made multiple house visits to drop off samples. We had a surveyor come out to take the measurements, a quote was finalized and paid for and it took a few weeks to get our blinds. The installation was booked out another 4 weeks but that's to be expected. I took one star off for some minor inconveniences. One of the shades broke when one of the installers dropped it, but I understand things happen and it wasn't necessarily an easy install. Secondly the installers left dust on the floor and handprints high up below my windows which was difficult to clean. Overall I would definitely recommend the Shade Store!

A few days ago one of the internal springs broke. I called Ego and they told me to bring them in. Unfortunately, I had tried to fix them myself, so all the parts were scattered in a mess and I couldn't even put the parts back together. He told me he would fix them under warranty, even though I had made a mess of things (normally a 15 minute job, but it was going to take two hours because I made a mess of it... but he would still do under warranty). I can't thank him enough for repairing them. They work great, now. I definitely recommend Ego Blinds. And I definitely recommend looking at top-down/bottom-up blinds if you're not already familiar with them.
